Hello, I booked a flight with Justfly*** this week and had a misleading customer service experience that spanned daysI was repeatedly given misinformation and the information I was given, changed with every person I spoke toI was told the fee structure for changes was different than it was and was essentially forced to pay fees when I was told I would have a flight rebooked for the same priceThe calls are recorded so there is evidence of my experienceAt one point, I was told by a representative that my flight would be rebooked within hours and I would receive confirmation via email within that windowNot only did this not happen, when I called back to inquire about this, they told me that is not their policy and had no idea what I was talking aboutBy this time, if I wanted to make any changes they told me it was too late and I would now get hit with fees because of information they gave me directlyI'm out hundreds of dollars because of their run around, poor customer
