Justfly misrepresents its products to consumersI booked a flight represented as a Virgin Atlantic flight, complete with the company's bright red logo When I received the booking confirmation I noticed in small letters "Operated by Delta" I called the company to confirm I would be flying on a Virgin Atlantic plane and was told it was in fact a Delta planeI explained that I felt cheated and asked for a refund When I received the refund confirmation I noticed the words that the bank credit could take up to daysI placed a total of phone calls to the company's customer service line (agents disconnected me once they learned I had a complaint) and spent minutes on the phone attempting to get a quicker refund as I am not able to book another flight until the money is back in my accountThis is a deceitful company and all consumers should be warned of its practices

I agreed to pay the cancellation fees associated with cancelling a "tickted" reservationI should have received a refund for over $2,They said the refund would be issued to the original form of payment (a eisa credit card) within 6-weeks
