Support staffs gives one to another every time asking same details, in the end some one has capabilities to find option to book using credit points
they asks for extra $to book on top of my credit points even though flight ticket is $800-$Either they book it or not, their call always gets disconnected for which I again have to call back and follow the same processNext time for same flight fees gets increased and it goes to $Currently my credit points are stuck there as I can buy cheaper ticket from airlines rather paying $to just to use my credit points
My assumption is that, they are booking ticket in regular way and just never allows to use that points as it can be used for same route and same airlinesOne of the worst experience of my life, NEVER EVER VISIT JUST FLY WEBSITE

Hi there, my wife purchased an airline ticket for me through justfl***This ticket was purchased months in advance Yesterday, I looked at my reservation and noticed that my last name was misspelled My wife wrote “***” instead of ***This was a mistake with no intentions to hurt anybody, my wife did not realize about the errorOn my first phone call to Justfly, I was informed that I was not able to correct the misspelling because “it was a multi-airline fly” and that I would have to cancel my reservation and lose the flight that I wantedI went ahead and call the airlines myself and their response was that there should be no problem in their part making those change, but that I had to call Justfly to resolve it on their end nowI called Justfly again and they told me “since this ticket is for a multi-airline fly” we would have to cancel the reservationI went ahead and explained that I personally spoke to all airlines and that they would have no problem making the changesSo if the airlines have no problem making a change in two letters (even if with a penalty), why would Justfly tell me that this couldn’t be done because it was a multi-airline flight? I cannot really understand itI have checked multiple websites were there are hundreds and hundreds of complaints when talking about JustflyThis is a recurrent problem with Justfly Other agencies have allowed me in the past to make changes to reservations, why are they different?
