I bought tickets on Jun 7, for my family travelling from Seattle to Kathmandu with my Justfly (Booking: ***)My itinerary was: June - Seattle to Vancouver via Alaska Airlines Flight Airline confirmation *** 10:55am 11:amJune 29-- Vancouver to Guangzhou China Southern Airlines Flight Airline confirmation *** 1:10pm-5:pm June - Guangzhou to Kathmandu China Southern Airlines Flight Airline confirmation *** 7:pm to 10:pmMy return flight was the same route on July with arrival to Seattle on July At the time of boarding Alaska Airlines in Seattle on June 29, we were informed that China Southern Airlines delayed their flight from Vancouver, BC to Guangzhou which would lead to missing our flight from Guangzhou to KathmanduAnd since the travel agent ( Justfly***) did not transfer our booking to the next available flight from Guzhou to Kathmandu, Alaska Airlines did not allow us to board the flight from Seatt

Justfly gave us a price of $per passenger and added $for insurance when I confirmed my reservation email insurance was not added but an extra $was added to the passenger fare rates I called justfly and spoke to a supervisor name *** *** *** *** and he said he had to give his agent the benefit of the doubt telling us we were out of luck and if we cancelled we'd have to pay a cancellation fee

I am writing this to Justfly*** as well as a warning to any consumer looking to book a flight through justfly***I had an emergency come up recently and was trying to work with justfly*** to come up with a solutionAfter speaking to several customer service agents I finally decided to ask for a supervisorI explained my dilemma to the supervisor, he then asked me to wait minutes while he works on resolving the problemI waited and waited while the "supervisor" would check in every few minutes to let me know "he was still working on a solution" He finally got back on the line and gave me the same lines as all the customer service reps and I asked why I was on hold for so long just to be told the same informationThe supervisor was so rude and didnt know how to answer my question so he just hung up on my face AFTER BEING ON THE PHONE FOR MINUTES!! What kind of customer service is that especially from a "supervisor"BUYERS BEWARE THIS COMPANY OUTSOURCES ALL OF ITS CUSTOMER

They changed my return flight without my permissionNow it seems like not a big deal, and their email states , that is no further action needed by meMy flight was from san fransisco to new delhi, indiaIt was for three weeks and many things had to arranged in order to make the flight and the tripDogs taken care of, reservations in multiple cities at multiple hotels, etcThe flight requires a visa to india-- I was not told that I needed thisNo problem, I got it and did the search myselfThis is a big issue thoughWhat if I didn't knowThe main issue with this complaint is that they changed my return flight and added three stops in chinaThis extended my stay in china one hours which now requires an additional visa for chinaAgain, I was not told I need another visa when they made this changeIn fact, the change was made by them and thy specifically stated, "No further action is required on your part." This change was made hours before my departureIt takes hours

I was charges two fees that were not clearly disclosed, or not disclosed at all, when I made flight arrangements for the four people in my family Those fees were a seat map fee, which was $47.80, and a service fee which was $ Surprisingly, when I called to request a refund for those fees, I was informed they would refund the seat map fee but not the service fee I'm just happy to get some of my money back I will never do business with this business again

Terrible travel agencyI was to fly to Bangkok through Taiwan on July 9th, 2018, on a ticket purchased through Justfly (with Eva Airlines)My Justfly booking number is ***However, due to weather problems (a typhoon), my ticket was cancelledEva Airlines got me on a flight for the next day (July 10th) from SFO to Bangkok, but when I asked about my flight from Taipei to Bangkok, the airline told me that I had to speak with my travel agentI then called JustflyI spent nearly hours on the phone with various Justfly agents, including a supervisor named "***" (or "***", something close to this)I initially spoke with two agents, and both times I lost the connection (I do not have connection problems with any other person from the location where I made this call, only Justfly), both times I asked the agent to call me back if disconnected (since I had to wait minutes on hold the first time, and minutes the second), and both times the agent failed to call me back-even though they had my phone number*** (the supervisor) later told me that one of the agents did try to reach me, and left this note in his daily notesHowever, my phone showed no account of his call, and certainly not a voicemail proving that he calledIt is not enough for an agent to simply leave a note in his records, the agent must actually call me such that my phone rings, and I then have an opportunity to answerIf the agent had entered my number and pressed "call," but the phone did not ring, then this does not constitute a "call." This is basic common senseNo such call cameCompletely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unacceptableI thought that this might just be a problem with just the one agentHowever, I learned that this is a much bigger problem at Justfly.*** When I called back (late morning, Pacific Standard Time, USA), I asked to speak with a supervisorThe representative (***) finally got me on the phone with the supervisor, ***After being on the phone with *** for two hours, explaining to *** that I simply wanted to make sure that I had a seat on a flight from Taipei to Bangkok for July 11th evening, the best that he could do was to get me on a waitlist for this routeHowever, as I explained to ***, I had spoken earlier in the day with Eva Airlines, which said that I could get on a Thai Airways flight (leaving Taipei at 8:pm, arriving BKK 10:pm) under "class Q," and that Justfly merely needed to provide this information to Eva AirlinesBut when *** supposedly related this information to Eva Airlines, he came back to tell me that I had only two options: Accept a refund for my ticket (which would have required me to spend an additional $to get a new flight through which I could arrive to BKK by on July 11th), or Put my name on a wait list (which at that point would have been very long)I told *** that this was very inconsiderate of Justfly, especially since I had called over three hours earlier (and would have been much higher up the wait list if the agent had properly handled my case)I told *** that there must be a problem here, and there must be a better option for meHe said that there was notAfter this, I then called back Eva AirlinesThey answered relatively quickly, and gave me a confirmed seat for the Taipei-BKK flight, with the same travel time as I mentioned aboveThey told me that they knew nothing about any kind of waitlist, and that they never said this to *** at Justfly.com Eva Airlines then guaranteed me a seat for the 8:pm departure from Taipei on July 11th, without any chargesInterestingly, they also told me that Justfly is extremely difficult to deal with due to general incompetence and lack of care for their customersI made a complaint with Justly and asked for a small monetary compensationSo far no replyI will remove or update this post if there is a reply

If I could give less than I would They purposely refresh your screen and change the dates so by the time you realize you can only cancel and rebook the correct dates for $fee even if you purchased insurance We were in a bind and my husband said it not possible to travel those day as he is military and they said orders is the only way to rebook for freeHe had to take emergency leave to bury his mom I was too afraid to dispute it because they had the power to cancel everything Very shady and I am surprised they are still in business

This is the most irritating and unprofessional travel site I have ever come acrossI initially booked a flight to Germany to visit my parentsTen days before that flight, my father died and I tried to move my departure date up so that I could use that ticket to be with my mom and attend my dad's funeralThough I knew that plenty of flights were available, they couldn't offer me any one and instead suggested that I cancelFor a whopping Dollar airline cancellation fee and an additional company cancellation feeI told them about my father's death, and I was told that I needed to present his death certificate before they could even consider waiving those feesSince my dad had just died a few hours before, no certificate was availableI received the scanned certificate a few days later, sent it directly to Justfly--only to be told that nothing was receivedHours later on the phone, with half a dozen of agents to whom I had to explain the entire case again each time, they told me that my completely professional e-mail address wouldn't work and that I would have to resend the whole thing from a gmail accountFineThe certificate went throughMeanwhile, valuable time had passed and the deadline to cancel the flight (a minimum of hours) was drawing closerI called back about hours later to be told that the certificate was not enough, I had to send in proof of my family relationshipA birth certificate was requiredSince I am from Germany, mine is in German, but of course, they don't accept that because a company that deals with international customers all the time only accepts documents in English, notarizedI managed to translate the documents and found a notary public who could notarize the certificate and its translation, all of this six hours after I had to bury my dadI sent the whole pdf via the same gmail address that I had been advised to use a day beforeAnd the company claimed they did not receive anythingHad to resend, finally it went throughAfter that, I was put on hold for a long time only to be told that it will take to hours to review my requestI have hours to cancelIf I cancel now in order not to forfeit the entire amount, I will not be considered for a waiverIf I wait for the company to review the case, I will lose all the money because I am past the cancellation deadlineAnd all the agent can do is tell me to "calm down" and feed me some computer-generated **And put me on hold to talk to the "Helpdesk"So: they claim they can consider waiving fees in dire cases like death, then squander valuable time by not having their tech in place to accept e-mails form a variety of accounts/ servers; don't give you all the relevant information regarding the documents you need to send, further squandering time, and when time runs out, they don't allow you to cancel to at least save your refund and continue the application for a possible waiver if the claim has merit, as any reasonable airline would do (they give you up to days after the cancellation to submit your paperwork)Stay away from this company by all meansI will never ever book through them again and make sure to make it known to everyone to avoid this company like the plagueSince I fly a TON and so do my acquaintances, this will hopefully have some effect

I’m giving one start because you have to I would give negative stars if I couldThey advertise one price and as soon as you book to confirm payment they change the price !!!! To Whom This May Concern, As a consumer, I am formally filing a complaint against the Justfly*** booking agency, regarding the round trip airfare tickets I had purchased for my family of fourTo begin, I had booked online the flights to leave from Phoenix, AZ to San Francisco, CA to depart on June 16th, and returning from San Francisco to Phoenix on June 20th, for nights and days through Justfly.comHowever, when I double checked the itinerary, the flight has been spontaneously scheduled to return on July 20th,(a whole month later!), instead of the return date I had booked online, which was supposed to be June 20th, Without any prior notification or consent, Justfly*** had sporadically modified the returning date for our San Francisco vacation, making our family unable to move forwards with our vacation plansOut of frustration and shock, I was prompted to call Justfly*** on June 4th to notify them of this sudden change in date for the returning flightB

On Nov 20, I booked on JUSTFLY website two round trip flights from DCA (Reagan airport) to MCO (Orlando Intl airport) departing Dec and returning Dec I received confirmation on JUSTFLY websiteFollowing day Nov 24, I went to print out my flights on JUSTFLY site and to my SHOCKING SURPRISE I saw that both booked flights dates have been changed to DEPART and RETURN on the same day Decinstead of departing on Dec and returning Dec as originally bookedI quickly contacted JUSTFLY was told I have booked both flights to depart and return on the same day for Dec 26! And, that they could easily CANCEL both flights and I can make a new reservation for departing on Dec and returning Dec Shocked and confused I reluctantly agreed and told that I will be charged $for each ticket and other fees associated with changing the flight and to wait hrs to rebook my flights againOn NovI went onto JUSTFLY website to re-book my flights again to depart on Dec and return on Dec This time after booking the two flights I remained online on JUSTFLY website and then checked for JUSTFLY confirmation emailWithin a minutes I received JUSTFLY confirmation email and opened it (while still logged into JUSTFLY's website) and to my SHOCK the JUSTFLY confirmation email had both my departing and returning flights on Dec AGAIN !!
With my newly booked confirmed flights on JUSTFLY online opened and receiving JUSTFLY's confirmation email received a minute later showing that the dates were changed in the later JUSTFLY email I knew that the flights were CHANGED by JUSTFLYI immediately called JUSTFLY and after almost hours (with JUSTFLY dropping the call and I having to call them again) waiting for their explanation as to how can they have my originally booked flights were CHANGED from departing Dec and returning Dec to both departing and returning ON THE SAME DAY AGAIN !!! I told JUSTFLY Customer Service that I had both my JUSTFLY confirmation with the right Departure/Returning dates online and also looking at JUSTFLY confirmation email just received showing that I have booked the flights depart/returning on the same day Dec !!! and even told them I can forward their email to them so that they can see what has happenedAfter additional minutes of discussion JUSTFLY indicated that they can see the differences from their side with my booked flight and their JUSTFLY confirmation email that had the both depart/return flights on the same dayTo add insult to injury, JUSTFLY said that they can re-send the email to show that my flights will depart on Dec and return on Dec instead of their previous one that showed depart/return dates on the same day Dec Absolute FRAUD caught in the act of manipulating and changing originally correct flights so that they tell the customer that they can cancel the booking for a $per ticket fee plus other cost and to rebook the flight againTHIS TIME I CAUGHT THEM IN THE ACT which responded by saying "we will escalate this to issue and request from their management for a refund however that they cannot ensure that they will provide a refund and this will take a few days to processNow, instead of paying approx $for tickets as originally booked I am paying approx $which includes all possible JUSTFLY's fee for having to rebook my flights due to JUSTFLY FRAUDULENTLY CHANGING DATES ON ORIGINALLY BOOKED FLIGHTS !!!!!!!!!!!!

On 06/19/My wife and I booked two flight through the company JustFly*** to Jamaica departing from FtLauderdale airport and arriving at Montego Bay for 08/31/The return flight from Montego Bay to FtLauderdale was supposed to return on 09/03/After booking and our credit card being charged, I realized that the dates that JustFly*** booked us for was both flying to Jamaica and returning to FtLauderdale on 09/03/We called the company to correct the issue and after an hour of back and forth with their "customer service" employees, we were transferred to their "customer service department" which was a voicemail for a air conditioning companyI have not been able to reach the company since and we were forced to purchase another flight to depart on the correct dateLiterally the worst company I have ever done business with and I will never do so again

I booked my flight through justfly*** and it said I could select my seat for the flightsWhen I paid for the ticket the site said that seating assignment was not availableI paid $Since I couldn't pick my seat I went to the American Airlines site to see if I could get seat thereI saw that the fare should have been $including all fees and chargesI called justfly*** to see why the difference and they said it was because of the seating assignmentI told them I could not get seat on their site but they said they would not remove the charge because they allowed me to be able to choose the seat on the Airline siteI again told them the price should have been the same as on American Airlines and they refused to take the seat assignment charge offI was put on hold times
