I booked a flight ticket and the justfly is saying that they can t change the return dayI called them and told them to call xl airways because they reached out to me and *** *** told me : "Dear Gregory , We have been trying to contact to advise them that we have authority from the head office to change the date by paying the fare difference and penalty , but we are unable to get thru to them.Please advise them to call us so that we can take care of this issue.Best regards" I told justfly to call them and without success they are so lazy and hide themself behind the xlairways " we can t do"
