Justfly gave us a price of $per passenger and added $for insurance when I confirmed my reservation email insurance was not added but an extra $was added to the passenger fare rates I called justfly and spoke to a supervisor name *** *** *** *** and he said he had to give his agent the benefit of the doubt telling us we were out of luck and if we cancelled we'd have to pay a cancellation fee
I am writing this to Justfly*** as well as a warning to any consumer looking to book a flight through justfly***I had an emergency come up recently and was trying to work with justfly*** to come up with a solutionAfter speaking to several customer service agents I finally decided to ask for a supervisorI explained my dilemma to the supervisor, he then asked me to wait minutes while he works on resolving the problemI waited and waited while the "supervisor" would check in every few minutes to let me know "he was still working on a solution" He finally got back on the line and gave me the same lines as all the customer service reps and I asked why I was on hold for so long just to be told the same informationThe supervisor was so rude and didnt know how to answer my question so he just hung up on my face AFTER BEING ON THE PHONE FOR MINUTES!! What kind of customer service is that especially from a "supervisor"BUYERS BEWARE THIS COMPANY OUTSOURCES ALL OF ITS CUSTOMER
They changed my return flight without my permissionNow it seems like not a big deal, and their email states , that is no further action needed by meMy flight was from san fransisco to new delhi, indiaIt was for three weeks and many things had to arranged in order to make the flight and the tripDogs taken care of, reservations in multiple cities at multiple hotels, etcThe flight requires a visa to india-- I was not told that I needed thisNo problem, I got it and did the search myselfThis is a big issue thoughWhat if I didn't knowThe main issue with this complaint is that they changed my return flight and added three stops in chinaThis extended my stay in china one hours which now requires an additional visa for chinaAgain, I was not told I need another visa when they made this changeIn fact, the change was made by them and thy specifically stated, "No further action is required on your part." This change was made hours before my departureIt takes hours
I was charges two fees that were not clearly disclosed, or not disclosed at all, when I made flight arrangements for the four people in my family Those fees were a seat map fee, which was $47.80, and a service fee which was $ Surprisingly, when I called to request a refund for those fees, I was informed they would refund the seat map fee but not the service fee I'm just happy to get some of my money back I will never do business with this business again
I paid $to Justfly.com to select seats on the flights I also booked through them from ORD > IST, IST > SKP, and the two return flightsWhen I arrived at the airport, my seats were not reservedOn two of the four flights, I ended up in middle seats which was exactly what I was trying to avoid by paying to reserve seats in advanceI'd like a refund for this seat selection since no seats were actually selected for meI've submitted this request twice to the business directly and haven't received a response
