I have called alitalia call center, agency (your call center) which sold us tickets, everyone told to us everything is as scheduled, but when we arrived to the airport they said our flight doesn’t exist, and that is canceled before we have bought the tickets! You make a purchase with them and when you try to fix a mistake they made or you want to Add or change additional information they rather cancel the whole transaction and tell you to make new reservations so that they can keep a lot of money for each ticket that you purchased though them They charge over $dollars to cancel the transaction per ticket Which is unfair because sometimes they make mistakes not consumers when people are purchasing ticketsIt's so unfair that they get to charge money on your credit card for a purchase that didn't happenedAnd it's a lot of moneyIf the airline reimburses your money why do they get to keep such a large amount of money for a service that was not completed
