I booked a flight with justfly***I was slightly suspicious as the flight/rates were not published on the airlines website (Air Moroc)However, I contacted the agency and was assured the flight was properly bookedAbout a month ago I received an email from Air Moroc saying that changes had been made to the reservationWhen I contacted the airline directly, they said I would be able to receive a full refund, as I didn't get what I paid forI am currently on hold for the 5th time with this airlineEach time, they promise to have a manager call me back, and claim to be unable to connect me with a manager directlyI have been on hold for upwards of hours combinedI suspect this is a scam of some kind, since I have never connected with anyone able to assist meThe representatives claim they are waiting to get in touch with the airline, but they have been saying that for days, and it took me less than minutes to connect with the airline myself

When I booked a flight I by phone I was not told that I was being booked a basic economy flight which means that I could not have a free carry on I would have to check my baggage and pay a feeIf it was explained to me I would have selected another ticket I tried calling the company and they were unwilling to work with me

I have tried to use this website to book a flight and multiple times it lists the flight as one price, then once I take the time to enter in ALL my info, it tells me the price has doubled now and asks me if I would like to purchase this ticketThankfully I could cancel, but it was ridiculous I thought it could have possibly been a glitch in their system but yet hours later, the same flight was there, listed at the original low priceAnd again, they attempted to double the priceNever again

In March of we booked tickets for to fly to Guatemala in Jan for 2, I bought the extended cancellation protection for In December I attempted to reschedule/cancel this reservation due to a death in the family, and a birth in the family I was told that the "extended" cancellation policy only covered me for hrs after making the reservation in March I tried to reschedule for July of They were not willing to do this for less than almost double of what my original reservation cost I was then told that even a month and days early I could NOT cancel this reservation I was further told that I could only receive a travel voucher good for year from the date of the original booking, and even this travel voucher cost me And I have to book now before March 7, or lose the entire amountI will NEVER book with JustFly again, and I STRONGLY recommend that no one else does eitherAnd to top it all off, ***, who handles the reviews for JustFly, won’t LET me post a bad review

Me and my husband booked premium economy flights from JustFlyWe called the airline to ask what is included to it and found out that the flights we booked were actually light economy, meaning that not even a bag was included in the price, nor better seats or mealsJustfly kept saying that the flights have premium economy benefitsWe spent hours on phone Justfly to solve this issue and all we were offered is no-fee cancellation of flights, even if we had legal documents in front of us (tickets) that stated that we have premium economyThe JustFly supervisor we spoke with was not sorry about this mistake and did not offer any kind of compensationThe worst experience ever and completely untrustworthy companyDo NOT use them ever

hi I bought ticket memphis to toronto they carged me extra $i called them for refund and they refunded and told me I will get refund in 5-days I never get refund I keep calling them they say already issued the refund after days I still not received they told me to call my bank for enquirer bank told me they have no control on refund it come automatically I think they never made any refund they just scamming me

Misleading advertising practicesI purchased an air ticket to an international destination on justly*** based on the representation that it was a non-stop flight (in fact the itinerary I have from them states it to be a non stop flight)It turns out that the flight has a hidden stop on my return journey to the US, to refuel for two hours (and passengers will not disembark)The definition of a non stop flight is "one that does not have any intermediate stops"Moreover, the refueling stop cannot be cited as one that is necessary to be made on any flight of this distance because the duration of flight is too long to be made without refueling - as my outbound flight on this ticket, with the same carrier and between the same destinations flies non stopUnscrupulous companies like justly*** lure prospective passengers into lower fares by making inaccurate disclosures of what they are actually being soldI would speculate that their prices are in fact no lower than any others - but th
