I made Booking with*** and within Hours of Booking, I called them to Cancel itInstead of honouring the Hours free cancellation policy, They first asked me to pay $Fee and when I Denied they reduced the fee to $I Denied to pay and told them that I would complaint with Revdex.com and Seller of Travel Licenses, However they were Least Bothered about itNever ever book with this FRAUD company ***

In February of 2017, I purchased airline tickets from justfly.comThe tickets are from JFK to Cyprus through Moscow flying with *** on June 18thDue to an unforeseen family conflict, I attempted to change our departure dates, having one of my children flying on June 11th (with another family member) and the other two on July 5thI was directed by the company;s 1-number to do the change on the website to save timeI attempted to do that and the website was coming up with the price of $per tickets (fine plus difference in ticket price)However, I was unable to complete the transaction because the three tickets were bundled together and I needed to break them apartSo I called the company and talked to an agentShe first said that my son could not have a reservation by himself because he is a minorHowever, when I explained that he would travel with another family member on the 11th of June who also got tickets through justfly.com she agreed to split my reservation

I booked a flight through JustFly, received a confirmation number, and my credit card was charged Three days later I received an email (in my spam account) that said my reservation had been cancelled I called the company and they stated the reservation was cancelled because the fare increased and they wouldn't honor the price I booked it at They stated it is in their "terms and conditions" that if the fare increases they have the right to increase the fare or release it for resale at a higher price, that it is the airline who changed the price and they don't have to honor their advertised price as it is "out of their control" I spoke with a supervisor and they didn't really care - offered me to re-book through them at a higher price and wouldn't guarantee the price wouldn't change or the same situation wouldn't happenI had to re-book (obviously not through them) and the ticket cost me $more than if I had booked it elsewhere original day If I wouldn't have checked my spam account I would have shown up to the airport the day of my flight and not had one I would highly advise against booking anything through this company!!

Good afternoon I’m very frustrated and I got this email to see if I could get any help, I bought tickets to justfly.com for my husband and I to go to Nicaragua for my best friends wedding, I bought them on March and we where going on December this year, my friend got a travel advisory from US Embassy staying that is not safe to travel because there’s a civil arrest in Managua Nicaragua, so we all decided to cancel our tickets all my friends had luck and where able to cancel full refund, because is not our fault there’s a civil arrest over there, well I decided to cancel online, I got charged to cancel online, I called justfly they where not helpful at all, did not want to refund me the money or help me change my destination, it’s not my fault Nicaragua is going thru this situation, I called copaairlines directly they suggested me to call them back and have them cancel my cancellation and then wait until like October or November to get full refund, I called again and ask to speak to a supervisor her name was *** agent number ***, she did not help me at all eighter, please advise of what can or should I do now, she said if I don’t use my credit I will be loosing my entire money

In years of flying 20+ times I have often had to adjust my flight times and have always paid a fee to do so (often a very high fee)It turns out that most of the tickets on Justfly.*** cannot be changed at allEven if your airlines allows changes, if the ticket is bought through Justfly you likely cannot change itTo me this caveat is so unexpected that it needs to be listed in bold letters on the purchasing screen rather than buried in the fine print...I have recently purchased such a (now useless) ticket from Justfly and perhaps the most disappointing aspect of the purchase was that I was directed to Justfly from the otherwise reputable Kayak
