Tried to buy a ticket and they put a hold on my funds and decline my ticketI never got a ticket but the held my fund for over days and when I called they kept giving me the run around and was very rude and left me on the phone several times and never came backThey held my funds and I never got anything from them and caused unnecessary hardship and they refused to help me and constantly lied and brushed me offI am disapppointed in the service I received and their customer service is horribleHow can you hold fund without providing me a service and refuse to give me my money back or even talk to me without lying
I purchase a ticket online and within seconds I realized I make an error in the middle nameI put my husband middle and last name in the box for the middle nameI called and ask to change it, to remove his last name from the middle name boxI was told that I would have to pay an additional dollars to cancel the reservationI think that business is looking to take advantage on their customers since they sell cheap airline ticket and people who are poorer will shop on their website

We never got a call, a day later we called in and they said that they would do something to make it rightWe were ok with thatThey said they would contact us and let us know within hours what they are going to doWe never got a call backWe called in asking what was going on, my husband got on the phone with supervisors a three of them hung up on him and told him there was no higher authorities to speak with or help us handle our situationI have never been treated so poorly by a third party agencyThey never did anything to try and make it better and they said it was our problemI didn’t know getting hung up on was my problemI will never use this company to book my flights again!

JustFly has included several clauses that are not followed even by the company themselvesWe in particular are a victim to the unethical conduct of JustFlyWe have bought the flight tickets and we were able to take the first flight however, on our way back, we were not able to board the flight as they said: "We can not pull up your information."
How can they possibly not be able to pull up our information, if for they first flight were able to board and fly without any problems?! Not only this, however, when we tried to contact their customer service, they did not reply at all to our complaintWe could only contact them through the credit dispute which up to this point are still unresolvedOur total amount for the cost of the flight was $2110.07, however we only asked for $as that was the amount for not being able to board the second flightWe bought the ticket hours before the flight and they have sent us a confirmation letter, confirming that all the flights are booked and accounted for, however, we were still not able to board the flight and not able to seek redressIf anyone is reading this, it is all good and dandy when your experience is good, however, it is when you've been wronged, that you see the gilded company for what it is
TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL COSTI had my share of issues with this Justfly, but this one pushed me to the edge I purchased a ticket few days later I realized that the middle was entered twice and there was no last nameI checked my justly profile and email confirmation that I received from them they all have correct informationI called the conversation went nowhere I was transferred to a supervisor by name of ***He was a disasterHe asked me to email him the confirmation email that shows the correct name I did, after he received the email instead of accepting and fix the simple issue of middle name appearing twice on the ticket he just made a new excuse and said the information I sent to not an email from Justfly, interestingly, the whole email a mail header and signature from justfly mail servers It was complete ridiculers excuse, this company couldn’t fix a very simple system issue until they get paid $If I had a name change due to life changes such as marriage or divorce etc., I would understandBut this was clearly a database error or browser issuesIT’S TECHNOLOGYRegardless of what it was this should have been a simple fix I then called *** Airline and TSA which they were able to offer a resolutionThey also couldn’t believe how wouldn’t justly fix their own technical issue unless the customer paysAdditional, In a separate case the agents at Justfly has a very nasty habit of putting the customers on long mute holdI had another issue which I called another supervisor put me on 2hr hold on Dec at around pmI took the screenshot of my phone and I will be posting it on *** and *** as well so people can see how Justfly workRegardless, of how the issue was originated, is clearly a mistake where middle name and last name is the same, to retain customer and customer satisfaction strategy, it should have been in their best interest to correct this errorAs IT WAS NOT A NAME CHANGEIf this company continue to run this way, they will for sure run out of businessThere have terrible reviews all over the internet, ***, consumerreport Revdex.com to name a fewMY ADVISE DO NOT USE JUSTFLYPLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM
