The worst experience of my life, lost dollars with themPlease stay way from this company

CUSTOMER IS IS BY FAR THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!FIRST OF ALL, NOT ONE REPRESENTATIVE SPEAKS CLEAR ENGLISH!!SECOND, BECAUSE ENGLISH IS NOT THEIR FIRST LANGUAGE, THEY GET MAD AND HANG UP ON YOU AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR 45MINUTES WHEN THEY MAKE A MISTAKE!!!NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THROUGH THIS PIECE OF CRAP WEBSITE TO BOOK ANOTHER FLIGHT!!!!! IF ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION THEN JUSTFLY GETS A -10!!!!!!!

I purchased online on 7/25/a business class airline ticket from DFW to Barcelona, Spain and a business class ticket from Madrid Spain to DFWI was charged $for this ticketWhen I checked the Justfly booking confirmation it showed a business class ticket was purchasedHowever, when I went to enter information for passport information the airline ticket indicated that the ticket was for economyI began contacting Justfly on 7/30/16, again on 7/31/16, 8/1/and 8/3/Each time I was on hold for at least an hour and told I would talk to a supervisor who would handle the problemEach time I have been assured that they would return my call (they have not) or I should call again tomorrow when the problem would be solved by the proper supervisor

NEVER book with JustFlyThey have written into their terms and conditions that if you cancel your flight you will only be able to use your ensuing credit on a flight that is double the priceOur family trip was cancelled due to this oversight

First and last time using JustFly*** Made reservation from SDF to MCO and ended up canceling due to AA canceling flight with no notice Got credit for outbound flight On 8-28-at 9:39am, was told that credit could be used on another flight until June Called back 8-28-at 4:to use credit to book roundtrip from SDF to EYW Transferred to Customer Service at 5:02pm While employee was checking on flight availability, got cut off at 5:20pm Called back at 5:24pm to try to book new flight again Was told they couldn't book roundtrip flight and pay difference...the rules and regulations state the credit could only be used for outbound flight since the credit was for an outbound flight Well needless to say, they scored $ Will never, ever use them again If this review could have a zero or negative, I would rate it at that

A couple weeks ago, I went on the Justfly.com mobile app to book a flight for my desired dateI was pleased to find an inexpensive flight in my search results, so I booked the flightI was sent a confirmation email for my flight, but did not open the email bc I knew what it was & had no reason to believe that the flight I booked was not for the intended day- after allthe date I plugged into my search results should be what pops up unless I choose a box on the search browser indicating that I am ok with viewing the surrounding dates alsoToday, I just happened to open the email accidentally as I was searching for information on the trip I am planningI noticed the dates were not correct for the flight I had bookedI was baffled at how this could be the case as I felt I had been very careful to get the times I needed for my tripI thought perhaps the option I was needing on the actual date requested might still be available, so I called Justfly.com while looking up flights

I was guaranteed a refund on October 13th via email communication and never recieved itI called to inquire today and not one customer service representative can find my reservation even though I have provided screenshots of all of my confirmation emails

My parents bought tickets through JustFly for *** *** to fly from San Francisco to Copenhagen this July 9, Unfortunately my father had a major heart issue (His heart stopped, requiring CPR for over a minute until his pacemaker shocked him into rhythm), he was hospitalized, and his doctor said absolutely he can not take this trip We cancelled our tickets June 22, 2016, explaining the circumstances, and had the doctor fill out the needed paperwork We asked for a conformation email that the trip was cancelled and how much the refund would be so the flight insurance company would refund the rest We were told by Justfly it would be sent out the next day, and that it would be to weeks for the refund They never sent us the cancellation email even after countless calls We are always be told it will be sent, and when we call back asking for supervisor, we stay on line for an hour with the representative checking back every minutes stating no supervisor is available Justfly then offers to have supervisor call us in hour time frame, but it never happens, although they send emails that they tried (but there is no call on my phone) We must have called them over ten times and each time the same scenario They told us that because *** *** (***) has not refunded t the money to them, they cannot send email or our refund until that happens I called ***, and was told not only was the money immediately refunded to Justfly, but that usually this company holds on to the money until right before *** needs to issue the tickets The last time I called and told them this, I was told now it would take weeks to get an email or a refund from Justfly showing our trip had been cancelled I finally had my bank reverse the charges because Justfly is lying and not going to return our money Of note, because they would not issue how much of a refund we would get, I can not ask the insurance for the balance This was a big expense for my parents who live on a fixed income, and my father's failing health made dealing with Justfly even worse They are unethical Now I read multiple complaints about this company and see that you have over 1,complaints made against them I want to warn other consumers NOT to use them

I purchased the wrong flight from them and called within minutesPart of my purchase was extra for extended cancellations and I paid $for thisOnce I called to cancel, I was told there was a cancellation fee of $for my $purchaseI said I know it was my fault on the wrong flight, but I purchased the cancellation feeWas then told it was with a another company and nothing they can doI said I purchased this as it was a simple line saying $more any reason cancellationWas then told it did not matter
