Chase doesn't take consumer feedback seriously. I have never received anything in writing from Chase regarding this matter. However, I received a phone call. During the phone call, the representative expresses that Chase can disregard what Revdex.com sent to them. Chase has all the right to not to respond to Revdex.com because they are in different business. (I don't know what they would respond to this complaint. )As a courtesy, she said Chase like to give customer a call that customer has not choice but to switch to VISA. She said "I am just letting you know! ... If you don't want to use our card, that's you."(Chase has the recording) That's the attitude they used. To me, it is true that they have 5% for the different four seasons. That's about it! Other than that, this credit card company has nothing else to offer to their customers, customers that are excellent credits and have never missed or late in a payment. We understand! If company doesn't know how to value customers, customers will continue to seek what is good in the market.

I am in receipt of your letter of March 11, 2015, which contains one glaring error and other misinformation. The Amazon/Chase card ending in 5220 was never reported lost/stolen. I was emailed by Chase that a possibly fraudulent charge of $99 had shown up on the card. I contacted Chase by phone and stated that it was a fraudulent charge and did not belong to me, after which the card was immediately cancelled by Chase.

As far as the charges which were reported as “possibly” fraudulent, as I explained to your representative and ultimately to the Revdex.com, I thought they were fraudulent because I knew that the previous card had a zero balance. If you check into my past records with Chase, you will see that I always pay the bill, in full, on the date it’s due in order to avoid interest charges. The Amazon/Chase card ending in 5220 had a zero balance when it was cancelled by you.

Chase replaced this card with one ending in 4551, which I did not request. Apparently you also placed temporary or provisional credits on this account, which I was not aware of. I used this card for several purchases from Amazon, and again paid the bills in full, as always. I was not aware that Chase had placed credits on this card as I was never informed of that.

Your harassment over these charges led me to the Revdex.com. Since you are still stating that I owe you for some of the charges, I will tell you again that I am not paying them. The bills that were sent to me from Chase were paid in full according to the “amount due” on

the statement. It’s beyond me why Chase would issue credits in the first place, but since you did and didn’t bother to inform me of that fact, the “balance” that you state I still owe you is your problem. I paid the full “amount due” on your invoices and fulfilled my responsibility.  The provisional credits are the responsibility of Chase, not only for attaching them to my account without my permission, but for not informing me of that fact.

I consider this matter now closed, and will expect a final invoice from you with a zero balance. My case with the Revdex.com is still open, and if your harassment does not stop, I will be more than happy to continue with the Revdex.com, and will also notify the Attorney General’s office in both Illinois and Ohio.

                                        ... Sincerely,

 Dear Dir/Madam,
Chase is a real fraud bank that time when I reported their name to Revdex.com Revdex.com someone call me from chase and said we didn’t permanently decrease your credit limit we can give your credit limit back but when you didn’t owe so much money from other lenders.
At this time we are seeing you owe so much money from 3 lenders so when you paid money to those lenders we can check your credit again and then if your credit was good than we can give your credit back and make your credit back into $37,500.
But today when I called chase again to confirm that there manager said sorry we can’t give your credit back if you need credit you need to apply for credit limit increase like this time I have $15,000 credit limit if I apply for credit limit increase and they approve it than how much credit they give $1000 or $2000 but how about me that credit which they taken off from my credit $22,500.
So I said to Revdex.com Revdex.com that chase is a real fraud bank. Who lied to their customers and did fraud with them also.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

I would like the business to refund the $200 fee or so they charged me. Their system was not working properly and I had tried to change schedule witin 24 hours (should be no charge). I had to seek customer rep assistance and they ended up changing ticket in such a way that it ended up costing me fees.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  I am waiting until I see the credit on my credit card before I close this complaint.  At this time, Chase Cc did call me back and I did agree with how they whated to resolve this issue.  150.00 on my disney rewards card, and two months of interest free on my cc with a credit of 137.00.  once I recv both of these credits on my card I will then and only then agree that this issue has been resolved.
