For your reference, I have spoken with several employees and have received several letters that doesn't address my complaints about the business and it's professionalism toward consumer concerns. I will continue to address my concern further until it is resolved. This business only addresses what the business wants the consumer to hear....but doesn't address the real consumer complaint at all. I am not satisfied until my complaint is addressed.

I received a call from a Chase Rep. we did not reach a resolution. I asked to speak with his manager. He said she would contact me within 48 hours, she never did. I called back and asked if she was going to call. They noted my account but still have not heard from her.

I did receive contact at an earlier date which was no different than before when I filed the complaint. The only way I will accept a resolution is for them to send me a check for $75.00.
