There is no telling how many friends applied due to our referral yet Chase can't find them. They give 50 as a courtsey but ignore the details. They do not inform anyone that the referer has to wait 8 weeks. They completely mislead good customers and customers who put their name on the line for Chase. In no way shape or form do I accept their "resolution" if you can call it that.

Chase called me.. here's what they said:The company scribbled back, "customer did not return product"Chase called me and said that was acceptable to them.You're telling me:I have everything with Chase - my IRA, my SEP, my house, my car, my savings, my checking, my business, my business line of credit... and this is my first complaint in ten years... AND you are not protecting me.. and the company can scribble back that they haven't received the merchandise back and that's acceptable..I contacted the warehouse - they informed me that they are a 3rd party NOT related to the company..They cannot find the return... they cannot find the order.. the original employee who refunded ONE out of the three has been let go (he is no longer a employee there).. the warehouse doesn't even have it in my name .. they have a "worker" who was helping install this.. All this disorganization - and I'm the one who gets screwed.. I'll take my business elsewhere and start the process of moving my 15 accounts to a new bank.Regards,

I have received no correspondence or communication from Chase. I did call to request an update on the status of the application and was told that documentation would be sent to me advising the status of the application. She did advise that the balance appeared to be high which would be reason for denial. I no longer have any interest in obtaining any products with chase. However, I would like to know that if my information is denied, how to appeal that decision.

I have received no correspondence from Chase regarding this matter. I have documentation of multiple calls and left messages with no response. The case manager assigned to me ignored all calls, voice mails, and emails sent by her coworkers to get her to respond to me. It's disgraceful that Chase has treated me this poorly when I've been a very loyal customer with them. I would like them to escalate the matter to a more senior level where they will actually respond to calls and voicemails.

Chase, refused to work with me regarding the current balance as well as assisting me in taking care of the debt. They called me from their office to inform me that the debt was valid, and that even though they waited 9 months to contact me that there was nothing they could do to assist me in the matter. I do not feel like they made any effort to resolve the issue, and instead advised m e to talk with the post office.
