I recently applied for the United Airlines Mileage Explorer Plus visa card. There was a promotional offer of 50,000 miles if you spend $3,000 in the first 3 months. I also remember seeing in the fine print that the $95 annual fee would be waived for the first year and the website, where I had first learned about this offer says the same thing--$0 annual fee in the first year (http://thepointsguy.com/2015/04/new-united-mileageplus-explorer-50000-miles-sig...⇄ But when I went to check my statement the $95 fee had been added to my billing statement. I called Chase and the rep told me that there was some kind of a "mix up". Then she started pushing me to switch to the 30,000 miles where, if you spend $1,000 in 3 months, Chase will waive the first year's annual fee. Clearly this is an inferior deal and I told her so, but she kept on yammering about it, trying to sell this crappier product like a used car salesman. These Wall Street commercial banks are all loan sharks--stealing from the poor to enrich themselves. Can you imagine what their investment banks are like? Yikes! I remember having a student checking account with Chase Bank back in college and how much money they stole from me in the form of small, hidden fees. Nice to know they are still up to their old tricks. Any more problems I'm going to cancel this card and and give my business to another bank. If you can't treat your customers with the 720+ credit score with respect and consideration, you don't deserve our business. Ultimately, these problems are all tied to the corruption and the deep culture of greed on Wall Street. So glad I took my computer science master's degree and switched to the tech industry.

Dear Friend,
I haven’t heard from this man Mr. [redacted] any more after I sent this email and video I have called and called left message(s) asking him to call me back and I have heard nothing so until I hear something about what’s going on I will not agree to anything’
I did tell him in my message to call me or email me on what’s going on due to the fact Im out of town and cant check the mail but I have asked Mr. [redacted] to call me!
Still that didn’t matter just as they trusted and believed this white man over me that I had picked up the speakers as he is on video saying he gave my $400 speaker to a [redacted]
So I don’t trust Chase or this Mr. [redacted] I have no ideal what he is talking about.

Video of the store owner reply on did we pick up speaker. Please forgive me, for my actions that my be consider inappropriate behavior..
He told [redacted] you sent someone to get it! Then we asked did you get his info. you got mine he I asked who was it how did he look his reply was "IT WAS A [redacted]" I asked him did you ask for ID did you get a NAME he said no why didn't you call most all business will call & make sure this person is allowed to pick up the merchandise so things like this don't happen. You know your suppose to cover your end.
He tells this lie over & over [redacted] sent some Random [redacted] is 6.1 so how much taller was this [redacted]) that had my original receipt that I have had the whole time why would I give this to anyone when I was the only one authorized to pick up my speaker and I live in [redacted]
Then he tells [redacted] a few mins later man you know you came to get that speaker, after he just told him he [redacted] sent someone to get the speaker and right before that he told Chase Card Services that [redacted] took the speaker when it was purchased and before that I think he just said he didn't give refunds lies, lies.
Then he asked why would we leave the speaker for so long? Proving again the speaker wasn't taken that day by [redacted] or [redacted] it was left at store. Then he said [redacted] sent some (Random [redacted]) to get the speaker proving again the speaker was (left at the store)!
Ms. [redacted] was the only one authorized to pick up the speaker this is why all of my information is on the receipt not [redacted](he ask me what (m) stood for on my card I told him he wrote it on receipt not my last name but middle name) because this info along with my credit card & ID I would have to be presented to pick up the speaker.
He refuses to speak to me he even says if she keeps talking I want talk, but I'm the one who picked out & paid for the speaker I'm the one he should be talking to not [redacted].
Chase Card Services Business are not always right because banks my feel the customer is running an scam sometimes but get the Facts first. I know if I was White this store owner would have never tried this but, due to me being [redacted] and how [redacted] are being (Deemed) today everyone thinks they can do [redacted] any kind of way & get away with it. But, that's just what he did and he came out on top WINNING it just proves me right.
I did what I was suppose dispute the charge I told the Truth but Chase Card Services believed his Lie over my Truth. This is the same way the world has always looked at and treated [redacted] because of people like this.
Just, think what if I was on trail for my Life if I win I go Home but if I lose I go to Jail I would be in Jail right now! Because I told the "Truth" & he turned my Truth into his Lie & his Lies because his Truth that out weighted my Truth with the help of my bank that had his back "Chase Card Services" I'm so very Happy & really, really glad to know I'm not the Valued Customer I thought & should have been but instead The business owner was Valued more & he isn't even an Chase Services Card Member. WOW!
I really want to know why did Chase Services just assume I was the liar? The business owner was more important & valued more than me was I looked at like I was just another [redacted] man or woman running an Scam?
Why is it that everybody will use the "[redacted]" to have an reason to call us liars, trouble makers, killers always trying to get over on someone or something stealing scamming we are looked at as [redacted] are just "Guilty" people. All race have faults.
Due to Video Technology the Real Victims are being shown for who they are inside & out I'm so sick of every race using "[redacted]" to cover for the lies they tell to Hurt, Kill & Steal, Defraud,Take, Abuse & Lie, He took my Money & the Speaker and walked away the WINNER with the Support & Help of my bank Chase Card Services. I'm the Chase Service Card Holder I was left with nothing but a Bill for an item I never got. Who does that really? I'm just SMDH!
It just Don't Matter to others races that aren't [redacted] if its an Life or Money its just something always being said or used against [redacted] to get over or get away with the B.S they do & say.
