I received a half inch thick packet in the mail, which contained every statement on my account and the card member agreement from the date of opening. This was a gigantic waste of paper, as I can easily access my card member agreement and statements at any time through the online portal and served no purpose in answering any of my questions. The top sheet of the packet contained a letter stating Chase is unable to determine when my account may be eligible for a lower APR and that their customer service representative correctly answered all of my questions a in a professional manner. Iam both disappointed and let down that Chase's review process found [redacted] acted in a professional manner. [redacted] maintained an attitude throughout the call, provided me with conflicting bits of information, advised me that I may get a lower interest rate if I apply for a new Chase Freedom card, and told me he "didn't know" what the advantage of a Chase Freedom card is over other rewards cards. I feel there has been a fundamental misunderstanding in the nature of my complaint. Chase seems to have identified me as a customer upset that I did not get my way, and I do not appreciate that in the slightest.While I would have loved a reduced APR (Who would not prefer to save money?), I would not have been upset in the slightest if [redacted] had respectfully told me my account cannot currently be reviewed because my 0% intro APR has recently ended, APR reviews are done only for customers that have with Chase for a certain number of years, or whatever methods Chase uses to determine eligibility for review. In fact, I made this same phone call to Discover moments before calling Chase and the conversation was markedly different. The representative informed me I was eligible for a lower APR (I have been a Discover customer for many more years than with Chase, and I understand that most probably had a strong influence on my eligibility.), but the new lower APR or 12 month 0% Promo APR (I was given a choice as to which I'd prefer.) will only apply on new purchases. When I inquired why the new APR will only apply to new purchases, the representative politely told me Discover's company policy is to apply all APR changes to new purchases and not to previous balances. I said "oh, ok" without thinking twice, the representative and I wished one another good day, and ended the call. This friendly, open, honest service is the same level of service I expect from Chase and any other credit card companies with which I do business. In contrast, I am still left with unanswered questions and an overall bad taste in my mouth about Chase even after the correspondence from Chase via the Revdex.com. Consumers should not have to endure rude attitudes, nor should they be left with unanswered questions or confusing bits of information when speaking with their credit card companies.

I have yet to receive written letter from this credit card company. I did get a call from the company in September where they did not make any attempt to lower interest or find a better resolution to my concerns.

I called and spoke to [redacted]. I advised her that due to this back and forth with credits and debits ,now my PayPal account has been suspended. After speaking to PayPal management, they advised only CHASE can rectify this by calling them and advising the case has been resolved. Obviously this is not resolved since because of CHaSE I cannot use PayPal now.

 I don't feel they took responsibility. They wrote back stating I had to take the monetary credit and go purchase the gift cards at the actual store locations.
So, instead of resolving the issues, they ADVISED me to do what they suggest and do all the leg work on my time.
I will do what I feel is best and discontinue our business relationship due to this and past issues with JPMorgan, Chase.
