All that Chase did was email me and ask me to call them. I responded to their email and stated that I will not call them. I've called them on 3 prior occasions and the problem was not fixed on any of thjose 3 prior occasions. Instead of asking me to call them, I want Chase to respond in writing what actions they will do to resolve my complaint.

Chase did send a letter stating that they have the right to deny me service with out any further explaination. Sending a booklet describing their conditions for closing accounts. However, that does not clarify why my BUSINESS account was closed. I would like to have specify reasonings as to why it was closed.

I am a busy physician. I received an out of state phone call from an unknown number, several days ago during work. A message was left regarding someone calling me back on Thursday or Friday(today) from Chase to discuss the case. I did NOT receive an additional call Thursday or today. So nothing has been resolved or discussed despite any reviews they may have performed internally. I have not spoken with anyone from CHASE since the complaint was filed. In my opinion this needs to happen. [redacted]

«««My wife and I were bumped out of our United Mileage Plus Chase credit cards on the sole base of us being “non-US officials”. In addition my wife was informed only on Mar 5, 2015 in a letter sent by FedEx that the account would be closed on Feb 10, 2015. In other words the information arrived one (1) month after the closing (see attached “Document-1.pdf”).I have spent several hours on the phone with Chase and with United Mileage Plus to get them to revert their decision, which I consider discrimination based on nationality. Without success.And then got a written response (see attached “Document-3.pdf”) in which Chase even mentions the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) with which - at least to my understanding - their decision is in contradiction.»»»
