Never received anything from Chase as mentioned in this e-mail message. Matter is not resolved and they have not honored their offer which is clearly stated on the mailing I received from them.

They did not offer me any additional compensation. They repeated in the letter the compensation of 10,000 miles and $51.70 that I received, which I included in my complaint. Apparently, Chase does not believe they should compensate fairly for their mistakes.

I have not received the due credit to my account. Chase has all their fraud department in India and the Phillipines handling my credit card number, social security numbers which I believe is the original source of the fraud activity on my account.
Saying the purchase was done in my name and IP address is ridiculous. If I were a merchant defending a purchase and someone doing a chargeback you'd laugh if I submitted that as evidence and you'd side on the credit card holder. Now that roles are reversed and you don't want to pay, you change the rules and now because you don't to pay for US employees working in the US and outsource your fraud department to 3rd world countries and are cutting costs you give me these lame excuses.

Dear Sir or Madam;
This letter is written in reference to complaint ID [redacted] with Chase Bank. Chase Bank responded via a letter on their resolution which is saying they did nothing wrong and I am responsible for all the fees I was charged and already paid. This is no resolution at all. I would expect a fair and equitable resolution with fees charged refunded at a minimum, but Chase is unwavering in their belief that they did nothing wrong.
Despite multiple messages, someone from Chase Bank has never connected with me. It appears to be deliberate on their part. They left messages on my home phone when they knew I was at work. They never called my cell phone despite repeated requests for them to do so.
I was finally able to speak with a Chase representative after three weeks of calling them 5 times a day and after one year and eight months of trying to get them to call me. Chase Bank has been completely unresponsive and that did not change with the filing of the Revdex.com Complaint.
