further payments were to be deducted.  As such, the Autopay stopped. HMF received and responded to the customer’s previous credit dispute in writing on 3/8/2017. Upon receiving this complaint, we have again reviewed the credit reporting for the account and confirmed that it accurately reflects the customer’s payment history. date of 1/10/2016. Additionally, the late fee that accrued has been waived. The extension the customer requested has been applied to her account and the next payment will be due on 2/23/2016.

Per our previous response, on 11/4/2016 we mailed a letter to the customer’s address of record confirming her 2013 account is paid in full.

Upon receiving the customer’s initial complaint we contacted the customer and provided a 30% discount on the Excess Wear and Use charges, leaving a remaining balance of $7293.33.   
We have contacted the customer again and offered a payment schedule and provided him with a point of contact for any future concerns.

As a courtesy we have removed the $75.00 missing key fee from the customer’s account.

issued on 9/7/14. The second toll violation was issued on 11/20/14. The total amount due is $90. Multiple notices were mailed to the customer after each violation was received.

she requested information on terminating her lease early.  The agent then provided her the liability per her contract and referred her to HER contract, Section 14. Terms Concerning Your Early Termination Liability.
Should the customer decide to terminate her lease early, she would be subject to the terms outlined in her contract.

The buyout letter that the customer refers to incorrectly lists...

only the residual value of the vehicle and does not include the unpaid lease payments, the sales tax, or any other amounts due.  The balance quoted was produced in error, which was or should have been evident to the customer at the time.  Regardless, given that the customer was not harmed as a result of this inadvertent error, and because the additional amounts are due and owing, we are unable to honor the amount listed.
 
The customer has since been provided a buyout letter with accurate information.
