Home Partners of America

Home Partners is a good program for families unsure of buying and preparing for homeownership. Our process moved smoothly until we were switched over to pathlight management for the rental portion. We haven't even moved in yet and have ran into many inconsistencies and stress. This process has caused much headache and some hesitation with the possibility of purchasing process. Again Home Partners was excellent, however we have not been pleased with the Pathlight responses and what they will do. Seems like other rental companies are willing to do more than this company is, which is sad because people have put so much money into starting up to move and the consideration of purchasing the home.

Very easy to work with. Fast and efficient. I read The few negative reviews and it seems like the few people who had complained didn’t understand the rules and contract.It is an amazing way to start off It may not work for everyone and they make that very clear, but we are very satisfied. A++++

HPA purchased my home on 6/27/18. They paid me fair market value and closed in 21 days. They were very reasonable regarding a payment amount to cover all repairs identified in the home inspection. Overall, as sellers, we had a very positive experience with this company.

Work experience ever. Pre-approved had us look at homes and then turned us down after advertising for credit issues.

Wonderful company to work with! I've completed 2 deals with this program and they are fast and efficient.
I'm not 100% sure how it works for the buyer (I've always had the seller on the deals) but they get things done and closed!

Im a Agent in Maryland, and I must say this was probably the smoothest transaction I have done in my year and a half of being a real estate agent out of over 40 units Sold. this one was very smooth. I have read the bad reviews but mines is a good one. I believe if you do your part as an agent in finding a lovely renovated house, provide a great detailed CMA. you wont have a problem getting a good offer. This was my 1st deal with Home Partners. Im Aiming to close at least 19 More with in the next 12 months with Home Partners

I had a couple credit issues and tired of waiting to buy a home. HPA gave me a great option where I had the power of cash to purchase a home while I work on my credit. we will rent to own and I should be ready in 5 months or so. The process is so smooth and clear cut its almost unreal. Not much verbal contact but email contact is concise. Highly recommend this option!!!
