Just moved in to the new property and my agent was exceptional in suggesting I try the rent yo own option while looking for a property to rent. So far, it's been a very good experience with a few bearable hiccups. This may be a bit too soon but so far so good.

My experience with Home Partner has been beyond exceptional! If you are thinking of using a rent to own program , please go with this company! There are professional, courteous and responsive. I sent them dozens of emails and I would always get a response quickly. The time span it takes to find a home and go to closing is pretty quick. If you are serious and have all you ducks in a row, home partners will match your effort and help you find the home of your dreams!

These ss are out to screw you. If they make a bid on your home run as fast as you can to get away from these POS. When they couldn't get the price they wanted to pay for my home. They hired another ss Company to do the inspection, The company inspector Deliberately, and knowing what he was doing damaged my kitchen faucet and flooded by basement and then withheld the inspection report for 7 days to let the leak manifest itself into $30,000+ in damage. Neither of these companies will take responsibility for their actions. Home Partners 6 days after the damage terminated the contract to buy my home. Surprise-Surprise. The reprisal will be historic.

Home Partners of America has an amazing program! They allow those who dream of home ownership to get a jump start while they are waiting for time to accumulate for 1099 self-employment income, or simply working on their credit. I have already been able to help two families get into homes now, who otherwise would have just had to wait it out in apartments or homes that they really have no emotional attachment with. I am a believer in the program and the company.
