This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever had. Do not trust the Sales people or the managers. What they tell you they are selling you is not necessarily what you end up receiving, if you receive it at all.

The Company we work for does a high volume of purchasing from Hhgregg (as they are now known) and we will use all of the influence we have to get them to stop purchasing.

This company has continued to harass me over a debt owed by another family member who does not live with me. After multiple request to have them stop contacting me over this debt not owed by me they continued to do so. In addition to the phone calls and door tags, they sent an individual dressed as a police officer to my home to collect on the debt. I was intimidated thinking this individual was a real police officer. After checking with the local police, I found out this person was impersonating an officer and not a real officer. The police instructed me to call 911 if someone in a police uniform should come to my door again . They will dispatch an officer to verify the person is indeed a police officer. I can't think of more vile waste of our police forces time nor a more perverted way to do business.

It is our understanding that if a factory-authorized technician determines that the dishwasher is not repairable due to a manufacturer defect during the warranty period, the manufacturer may evaluate the service history for a possible exchange.
