[redacted] the response from hhgregg was to call for a repair service again, when trying to call service, the waiting time is average 40 minutes, last time the repair person came to my home on January 3 2015  he only came to take pictures, we are only two adults in our home, the center console in the center of the love seat is collapsing on one side, the response from the repair person is that the cushion do not have a zipper for him to take and repair, the back seat are not even, again nothing was done for this matter.Never to say this is the second love seat. Our credit is impeccable, we bought a tv set from hhgregg with no problem.the first love seat purchase from hhgegg on 8*7*2013 was returned for the one we have now, with very similar problems, and the same person that comes to repair.thank you for your attention to this matter

Absolutely horrible company, I placed an order on 23 Nov and the money was changed to my account the same day. Order never shipped till 16 Dec, I keep trying to send company emails and try to contact them, no response at all.
I am thinking to file a report against the company, buyers beware!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[On March 16 Maurice TV and Electronics called me at 2:30 and told me that he wanted to come out to see if he could repair my TV. I told him I had just got off work and asked him what time he planned on coming by and he told me between 4:30 and 5:00. He came and proceeded to put in the part but the TV still would not come on. He then told me that he would have to order another part.  I asked him why didn't he take the back off the TV the first time to completely diagnose the problem and how long would it take because I have already waited  6 weeks for my TV to be repaired he told me he did not know because he had to get approval from my warranty company and then order the part and it might be ANOTHER 6 WEEKS. He said his hands were tied. Then he wanted to  argue with me about why it was taking so long. Rude!   When I called HHGregg and told them what the repairman had told me they said they would research my case and call me back the next day. Of course they did not. The TV is only 1 year and 5 months old.   I paid for an extended warranty to HHGregg and I have nothing to do with the fact they contracted out to a warranty company.  They should have given me another TV because I have waited long enough. Suppose it was a refrigerator or stove?  Very Poor Customer Service.

   here is my invoice of the purchase I made on the washer I bought on 10/21/2010 with a 5 year warrenty. I also feel since it took this company two months to finally have the guy come out to fix it and now its broke again im waiting on repair guy to come back to put a belt on it and fix it when the belt comes in I feel I should be refunded for having to go to the laundry mat spending $20.00 a week for the past 7 weeks now .
