I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]The salesman should not have lied to me and told me if the price drops in the next 30 days, that I would get that sale price. It also appears you have lied in your initial response to me and in a letter I have where you stated that the price match guarantee does not apply to previous purchases. I had to provide you proof from your own website to prove to you that your price match does apply to previous purchases. That is fine sir. I now know hhgregg lies to their customers. I will ensure I share your replies on social media as well as forward to other media outlets letting them know of my experience and the proof of your lie in the letter (referring to previous purchases). I can assure you I will never shop at hhgregg again and I will assure all of my contacts on social media know of my experience and proof of your lies.
