Went to the HHGregg in Fenton, Missouri over a year ago and bought a brand new washer and dryer with our tax refund. Only wanted to spend $700 or so. Got the washer and dryer for around $300 each, but were talked into the extended warranty for another $200, which the sales guy insisted would cover anything and everything for 5 years. If it couldn't be fixed, they would replace it with a brand new unit.

My dryer broke a month ago (pretty sure it's something simple like a belt), and I called for them to replace it. I was told by this woman that a repair guy would be in touch about a service call. He never was. 2 weeks later, I called again, and was told by a man that they gave me store credit instead of coming out to fix it (good to know, right?) and that he couldn't tell me how much it was. So I go up there, and I'm informed by the "customer service" lady that it hasn't "come in yet," and she'll call me when it does. Meanwhile, I'm without a dryer, which is a giant inconvenience, and I feel like they should replace it and then some, for all the trouble this has been.

Never buying anything else from HhGregg again. Ever.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have tried calling the number multiple times, wait on hold for 45 minutes at a time, and never get to actually speak to someone. Additionally, there was no packing slip, and in trying to resolve the issue via email, they simply stop responding. I did send the item back to the address listed on the packing slip. I am hoping to see a full refund on my product. None of this is as they state. They do not respond to any sort of communications, and there were no directions on how to return the product prior to you assisting with this issue.

I purchased a brand new washer and dryer from the HH Gregg on Glencrossing way in Western hills. The salesman said the washer didn't come with hoses and I needed to buy them, so I did. I get home and open the washer and there were hoses that came with the washer, so I blew that off, 30$ wasn't worth my time anyways. On top of that, the washer bay is covered in rust. I called to ask for an exchange. They told me they wouldn't come pick up the old washer, that I had to bring it to the store. I didn't want that liability on my shoulders of something happening on the way to the store since the washer was out of the packaging. The General Manager [redacted] continued to argue and argue with me that it wasn't their fault, and it was Haier's (the brand of washer) fault. He talked down to me. Refused to come pick up the rusted washer and exchange for a new one. I asked for the corporate number and his condecending attitude completely changed. He made arrangments to have it delivered to my home on 7/23. I called to make sure everything was set up and then I was told he had set it up to be delivered 7/24. A little notification would have been nice. I understand they don't do timed deliveries, but I had absolutely nobody that could be at my house on 7/24 to let the delivery men in. I could have had someone there on 7/23 which was the original date they told me the delivery was scheduled for, but they changed the date without telling me. I'm fed up with the fact that I spent over 600$ at their store, was sold a rusted washer which was "brand new", then I get talked down to, and ridiculed by their general manager. I would reccomend never buying from HH Gregg. Their customer service absolutely blew my mind with how awful it was.

I was there for their Black Friday 2016 sale in hopes of purchasing TVs for Christmas gifts. There were having computer issues and Danielle who was a manager had a very nasty attitude and brushed me off very rudely. The store manager Rick also was very rude when it came time to leave with my TVs. Then comes Allen (another manager) who refused to help as well and demanded that I stand in a 3rd long line if I wanted my product. Needless to say the management at this store is a joke and corporate is no better. I tried to call them for days and couldn't get anyone to talk to me. Also I left an email on their website requesting a call and fully detailing my experience but I have yet to hear from anyone. I have heard bad things about them before and now I understand why.

I bought a iPad mini 16 gb from the fields ertel location and it was having trouble with cycling and charging so I took it to back to the store I returned at 930 am in the morning and they said they didn't have enough cash to return it I would have to wait it has been 7 hours now and still nothing. Horrible customer service representives. Need to have return policy on back of receipt and they didn't. Will never buy from this store again

 If multiple repairman were scheduled, it was because when I contacted the Revdex.com, warentech finally decided they might need to do something.  They scheduled one for a friday night and one for a saturday morning.  The only one we were aware of was the one friday;   Well, after they came we had to wait for parts.  They came back and installed the parts and guess what?! The refrigerator still does not work.  Now what do I do?  If HHgregg sells waranties, they should make sure the waranty company takes care of their customers.
