I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They are not honoring the terms of their WRITTEN agreement, of which I supplied a copy of with my last response. I do not understand how they can just do what they want and not follow what they have put in WRITING. IN WRITING it says I will be reimbursed, not a store credit. They are choosing to give me store credit and that is not what the agreement states. They seem to be ignoring what is writing and doing whatever it is they want and just repeating the same old incorrect information in their responses and not addressing why they are not honoring their WRITTEN agreement.

The reason that the product is scheduled to be delivered is that I spent 2.5hours on the phone onDecember 3rd holding to reach someone. I spent another 30+minutes calling stores all over the country trying to get someone to answer. The store has yet to do anything for me as the consumer. It has been my doings only that have enabled us to get this far. I am to have my product by 6:00 pm EST

2. We followed protocol and opened a claim in September
3. [redacted] Service Team from vonley, GA came to the house and assessed they will replace a part and MUST break the iven door
4. The part was delivered to [redacted] October 1 2016 and advised they receive packagea every day, but they will NOT return my call, nor schedule an appointment.
1. Issue: No one is takiownership to resolve this matter and I need my oven for the holidays.
2. If the service center has assessed the inly way to fix my oven is to break it more, then my request is for the replacement.

I usually do not complain as I understand things happen. A week ago I walked into the hh Gregg in Cordova, tn to purchase a dishwasher. Salespeople were standing around the main desk laughing so I figured it was a slow day and someone would come over to me shortly since I was only about 30 feet away in their eyeline. Well 20 minutes went by, I just laughed and took a picture of the model number I wanted. I did call store manager just to let him know what was going on. No apology just a "yeah you right" not sure if it was English but I just brushed it off. I went home and went to hhgregg.com and ordered the dishwasher that I found in the store. I received a confirmation email saying I would be contacted in 24 hours about my delivery. 48 hours went by and I called back myself to set up the appointment. I was told someone would call the day before to confirm time. No one had called and today January 21 is the delivery date we agreed on. I call to find out when it is coming since I took off work. I was told that I would have to cal the installation company to set up an appt. I asked why this wasn't done when I called the first time to set up delivery and the rep just blamed whoever I must have talked to....once again no apology so I ask for store manager.....I tell him what happened and he ends conversation with call customer service and cancel your order. I just laughed again and told myself I should have just gone to best buy in the first place. I call the 800 number to cancel and 46 minutes later I get someone on the phone that cancels my order....didn't ask why or apologize. I have done a lot of business with hh Gregg and this was absolutely horrible and I will never send anyone there again.....

I purchased a samsung microwave from them. They charged my PayPal account and then decided to sell my microwave to someone else who walked into the store and then told me the only way to get a refund for something I never got was to issue a check. Then the most outrageous part happened, they told me it would take a month to get a check cut. This is a bad !!!!!!!!! Business. Thumbs down all the way around.

We regret his continued disappointment. Our corporate office processed a refund of the delivery charge to reimburse him for the rebate. We also authorized a $100 gift card. He should receive it in the next 30 days if he has not received it already.

I was was absolutely referred to A&E! They would not come out without a warranty claim number. This has been going on for four weeks. This entire process is a SCAM and I happen to be a victim of such SCAM. It has been unfortunate that I had to speak with a corporate customer service rep. So the information that the Revdex.com received is another, unfortunate, deceitful response. I appreciate what the Revdex.com has investigated but you all are getting the same runaround that I've gotten. Someone in Corporate has reached out and after her assistance, she couldn't get A&E to come out for the repair either. Than you
