I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They have not been out to my house to determine what is wrong with my unit. I have requested for a repair tech and they are yet to provide me with a tech. No one has determined what the issue is. For all we know it is the seal given the fact the items in the freezer continue to thaw on their own. It appears HH Gregg is claiming they have made an attempt to respond to me. They have not. I have not had one clear conversation with their company and no repair person has been sent to my house. I personally had whirlpool at my house and they wouldn't touch my refrigerator because they claim HH Gregg is impossible to work with and would not contract repairs with them. My complaint is very valid!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In addition to the store credit already offered to us, we're asking for enough store credit to purchase a 3-year warranty on the next washing machine we buy from HHGregg. My family will have to eat the tax/installation/delivery fees required to purchase from your company, but the only way we come away from this whole experience with a clean taste in our mouths is if HHGregg (or their warranty company) goes the distance and does what is right. We bought five years of protection from you, and when the product you carried in your stores, sold to countless customers, and put your reputation on broke too many times, you cut our service plan off at the knees after only 2.5 years…without refunding a dime of the unused portion of the plan.Please understand that to me and my family, you are one company (you and your warranty company). We don't care who has the authority to do what. Someone needs to step up and make this right. Your previous response is callous, insincere, and unhelpful.

I purchased a oven on Nov. 18th, 2016. It was delivered on 11-23, on 11-24 whiler cooking for Thanksgiving, I attempted to open the top oven door and my door shattered glass everywhere. There after I have been insulted by the appliance manager JP, as he identified himself and lied to by the general manager Shawnta Y[redacted]. Every time I call, they put me on hold for extensive long periods to tell me she is on lunch, etc.
I'm 100% totally dissatisfied with my experience with hhgregg in Ford City.

Regarding the rebate offer, it is our understanding that the rebate processing company has received and validated his rebate submission. They have informed us that the rebates may take up to 2-3 months to be sent to customers. If Mr. [redacted] has any questions, the rebate processing company can be reached at (866) 578-0117.

Just to note, we means me, grandmother / gma and maybe gpa.
Ordered an LG refrigerator from HH Gregg on 11/26/2016. Signed up for a store credit card since I didn't have 3000 bucks just lying around. So, got approved for the card and bought and paid for the fridge. Happy, thinking we were getting the fridge but I was wrong. So the first delivery date on December 2nd if I remember correctly comes, but they can't get the fridge through the door due to our security door. I cant take it off so we were told to redo the delivery for another day with the advice from the delivery guys. Fridge was basically at our door that day. Also to add, we got the email to confirm the address and then another email to
That same day, we go to the HH Gregg location where we ordered the fridge, asked the sales associate we had been working with for this and an oven, if he could change the date and to add a water line installation for 99.00 which was fine. We try to get the date changed in store but cannot do it. Sales associate tries to call the warehouse where our fridge was sent back to. This would be somewhat of a precursor to what happens on the next delivery date.
We leave the store, but beforehand, we tell the sales associate the date we want to change the fridge delivery to. He says OK, he will try to change it to the 8th of December and will call. He calls a couple days later, saying that he couldn't get us the 8th but got us the 13th for a delivery date so we take it. We get another email the day before confirming the address, but this time no email with a 4 hour window. Thinking that is weird, my grandmother calls the warehouse on the 13th, grandfather removes security door.
When she calls the warehouse, can't reach anyone. She calls again and is able to reach someone. The rep at the warehouse says that no delivery was set for today for our fridge and recommends calling the store. She gets transferred to the store and the sales associate says give him an hour, he will look into it by calling the warehouse.....which she had just done. My gma did ask for the associate we had been working with but he wasn't in yet. I tell her to cancel the order.
A little white later, gma gets a call from who we think was a manager at the warehouse. She informs us she received an email while inquiring about the fridge that the only fridge they had was damaged. We never found out what happened to fridge that was on our front door basically a few weeks ago. We also never received a letter or formal apology from HH Gregg. They are out of a 3000 sale which was refunded to me, on the store card.
Gma also had to call the company used for the water line installation and cancel that. The rep for that company actually was apologetic way more than HH Gregg was. I'm waiting on the 99.00 to be put back on the card now. Here is the kicker. I now had a credit hit for a card for a store I most likely will never use again due to this experience. I can't use the card at any other store or anything, and of course even if I cancel the card my credit score will be affected, so not sure what to really do now.
