I am not sure how to respond. I received another email where Warrantech prorated my service plan, deducted the intitial service call fee where my stove was not fixed, and said they were mailing me a check for $20.

The exact definition of bait and switch. I have no plans to fight this further as they clearly don't see it that way. I only hope that you, the Revdex.com, are tracking how often these 'accidents' happen, and if this is an isolated incident or standard operating procedure by this company, as their own salesperson's admission appears to support the latter.Regards,[redacted]

Thanks for working on my behalf with HH gregg  The settlement they offered me is a prorated refund of the extended warranty which amounts to a few dollars only.  That offer is NOT acceptable  I will not accept their offer and void any other actions.  I may have to persue this matter in a Court Of Law

It is our understanding that a representative from the manufacturer should contact him directly. If he does not receive a call in a timely manner, he can contact Samsung at (800) 726-7864 and refer to case# [redacted].

 In response.. A technician did in fact put in $952.00 parts and 4 hr. labor on Thurs Sept 25.. we got one tray of ice from icemaker and again it stopped and has not worked since.
It was reported to Warrentech on Sat. Sept 27 I called on Monday sept 29  and the earliest they could fix was to be Monday Oct 6. This is actuallly to send out a tech and then probably order parts then fix.
I had also called HH Gregg in Greenville and spoke with [redacted] on Mon Sept 29..he promised to get back with me after reporting it and was going to call Warrentech himself and get back to me. No one from HHGregg ever got back to me.
This refrig. has been being worked on since Aug 22!!!!! People NEED their refrigerators!! especially one that initially cost approx. $2000.00. The service I have had has been totally unacceptable..Months of not having a working refrig. is NOT GOOD BUSINESS. I bought the extra maintenance agreement in good faith from this company from HHGREGG with HHGREGG saying that if ANYTHING ever happens this refrig would be replaced. I now feel like they will say ANYTHING to sell a product. We have had problems with this refrig since Jan 2013..Referig. was purchased Oct 2012. At that time HH Gregg used another insurance company..[redacted] Appliance (totally unprofessional and did not fix problems) 
It was cool in refrig but just not right..then on my part I had sickness in my family and was dealing with these matters of life until my Father passed away..which was more important to me than my refrigerator...
 I finally decided when tooo much humidity and not cooling and water coming from icemaker and all of the details I have described in my first letter..I felt I deserved SERVICE of QUALITY or a NEW REFRIGERATOR REPLACEMENT or REFUND.
Now I am waiting till yet another technician comes out for non working icemaker on Mon. Oct 6. 
Again though the company has sent out many technicians to resolve problems, I do not expect this from a brand new $2000.00 refrigerator..my husband and I work hard for our money and expect quality when we purchase something. Right now I have a REFURBISHED refrigerator sitting in my kitchen that I cannot even purchase groceries for fear of not cooling properly and getting salmonella.

I am so disappointed in HH Gregg online customer service. I bought a TV online Black Friday and the funds were immediately debited from my account on 11/25. I received an email on 11/27 stating "We're sorry. Due to significant demand, we are oversold on this product and we will not be able to fulfill your order." I was then told it would take 7-14 days to get my refund. So let me get this straight HH Gregg sold a TV they did not have... took my money... and now I have to wait 7-14 days to get my refund!!! This is utterly ridiculous!!! I have complained twice via the customer contact information on the HH Gregg website. It has now been 10 business days and I have still not received my refund. I do not want this horrible experience to happen to anyone else!!!
