  This is totally unacceptable. They did not provide me the opportunity to inspect the television. I had no idea or was I told why they opened the box. The stock clerk is the only one that opened it and removed it 1/3 of the way out. No other store (ex Best Buy, Wal- Mart, K-Mart, or Sears opens a factory sealed box.)  That really makes me wonder what they were trying to hide. I don't understand how a company could come up with an excuse like that.

Based on the information Ms. [redacted] is currently only missing one appliance which is the microwave and it has been ordered and expected to come in soon. If Ms. [redacted] is wishing a cancel the order on the microwave she is required to contact the purchase location and a refund will be issued.

I purchased an extended warranty with my refrigerator. I paid for the extended warranty the day I bought my refrigerator. Now my appliance is making a terrible noise when you dispense water. I called for repair and was asked to wait four weeks for someone to come out to look at my refrigerator and asked if this was ok. I said no, that is not ok to wait four weeks because you did not wait four weeks for the money on the extended warranty or refrigerator. I was told that I would be contacted within four hours by A & E Factory repair to set up an appointment. I have been two weeks trying to get someone out to take a look at my appliance without success. I feel this is bad business and very unsatisfactory service on HH Gregg and A & E Factory repairs part. I do not have a complaint with the actual HH Gregg store where I purchased my refrigerator nor with the employees there.

I have received your follow-up letter regarding [redacted] concerns about his washer.
I apologize for any inconvenience Mr. [redacted] experienced. Our representative contacted the service plan administrator and was informed that they have one repair on file from June of 2013 but no current service requests.
We recommend that Mr. [redacted] contact NEW at (866) 856-0212. It is our understanding that he may have the option to request than an alternate service provider evaluate the washer.

[redacted] As I explained & will explain again this item is being returned for being defective as it has no connections to be compatible with my cable system & there should be laws or exceptions in the matter of a defective product so I will not stop fighting until I recieve a refund for this item whether I have to go to the attorney general's office or whatever it takes. I am a consumer should be protected from such junk merchandise being sold & refused for return. I explained to this company that I have been with my father who is doing aggressive treatment for his lung cancer & did not get to open my item & try it until over a month later & there was nothing I could do about that situation which is another exception that is being ignored.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. So I printed the letter with the response from the business and took it to my local HH Greg this morning to obtain a replacement dryer. I was assisted by Appliance Specialist Shane O'[redacted] and Manager Jerry F[redacted]. I explained to Mr. F[redacted] what had taken place and provided him with the response letter as directed by James M[redacted], Director of Service Operations. Mr. F[redacted] informed me that management no longer has access to "cost" information and is not sure how he can sell me a dryer at cost. He advised that the best he could do was sell me a dryer and give me an "employee discount".  This did not sit well with me but I felt I was at his mercy to take it or leave it. I purchased another dryer under Invoice # H336-011616 and have no idea how much over cost I actually paid. Further more, I had to pay $79.99 to have the dryer delivered and feel that I absolutely should not have had to pay this fee. Mr. F[redacted] informed me that he did not have the authority to override the charge. I am relieved to know I have a replacement dryer now, but disappointed that management was not able to honor what was promised to me AND I had to pay to have the replacement dryer delivered to me. I feel that I should be refunded the $79.99 delivery charge for the replacement.
