I've had multiple positive experiences with HHGregg and their employees on Grape Road in Mishawaka. I've purchased a basic washer/dryer pair with delivery and installation, a large grill and multiple pieces of sturdy furniture. The setup team was prompt and knowledgeable and even warned me that I needed an electrician to swap outlets so the dryer wouldn't overpower my circuits. The products have been working flawlessly since May '15 and I use the grill almost every weekend.

Waiting for checkout sometimes takes a little extra time, but that's mostly because I always find online deals from their website for better prices. The staff are friendly and have always helped me load up the car and the manager once gave me a floor model deal I couldn't resist! Overall, I'm highly satisfied with their competitive prices, quality products and helpful employees.

This is unacceptable in any way shape or form. They delivered the appliances 3 weeks late and made 3 separate attempts. The first failed because they left the stacking kit off the order, the second because they brought the wrong securing bar, and the third they finally completed delivery. In the meantime I was placed on hold for hours at a time, ignored if I called to find out what had happened, had a customer service representative tell my wife I was lying to her, had the same representative threaten to cancel the order without refund, was offered an $90 refund that was never paid, and because of the rescheduled deliveries I had to miss work.
This is unacceptable behavior, but to claim it is "all delivered and everyone is happy" is an outright lie on their part. I have attached a screen shot of the email where I was informed there would be a $90 refund, but that is far from enough for tolerating this behavior from these people. If you take a look at their Facebook page I am hardly alone, this is an ongoing issue with multiple people and borders on fraud.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The response from HHGregg on 12/31/2016 claims the refund has been processed and I should receive the refund within "5/7 business days". I have not received the refund yet and would like to keep the complaint open until a refund is actually received. In the cancellation email that I received, HHGregg stated that the refund would be credited within 7-14 days (PDF of email attached). HHGregg told me on 12/4/2016 that a refund check was being cut and I would receive it within 10 business days (call [redacted]). They didn't send the refund. After going back and forth with the company, they finally provided a shipping label for me to send the TV sent in error back to them. On 12/23/2016, I was told that the refund was processed via PayPal and I would receive the refund within 2-3 business days (call [redacted]). I called back on 12/31/2016 because I had not received the refund yet. On 12/31/2016, the representative told me that the previous rep told me wrong and that the refund through PayPal may take 30 days (the rep hung up on me before I was able to get a call number). Now, in responding to the Revdex.com complaint, HHGregg claims the refund should get to me within "5/7 business days". Is that from 12/23/2016 when I was told the refund was processed or 12/31/2016 when I called back and they reference in the Revdex.com response. I have still not gotten my refund via PayPal, which is in excess of 5/7 business days from the 12/23/2016 call. With every communication from HHGregg, I get different information and still have not received a refund.
How long does a company get to keep my money for an order they cancelled?

No! This complaint has escalated further. There has been absolutely no action or resolution. HH Gregg turned it over to a 3rd party installer who turned it over to an insurance company. Now the insurance company is unresponsive. Next week I will go back to my original plan back in November and that was to file a lawsuit in local civil court.
