I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Just got off the telephone with the credit card company (whom I can reach without a minute wait to speak with a real person) and there is no credit for the transaction showing up They still have it in dispute and advised me to reject the merchant's reply until I have the money credited to my accountI will be sending the substantiating emails from hhgregg to them showing that they would not be able to fulfill the order and not volunteering a refundIt is funny how you can debit my account in minutes, but cannot process the credit in almost a months timeBottom line, I have no product and I am still showing a debit on my bank card for the purchase amount (and the replacement product cost me about $more than the one I purchased to start with)
