We ask that Mr*** please allow hhGregg 2/business days to process the creditOnce the credit is processed Mr*** will receive a call with an authorization number, after which he will be able to make his purchase

I have worked in the customer service field most of my work life and this is the worst service by any company I have ever experienced.

HH Gregg said that they would apply the promotional interest rate but it may take a few months and they would not refund anything. This resolution is not acceptable to me because HH Gregg has been charging us interest on this amount for months now and that charge should be refunded to us. They are refusing to refund anything and are trying to push some blame onto GE Capital, however GE Capital, who took my call the first time I called and was very helpful told me that they were not able to adjust any interest rates and that HH Gregg would need to take care of it. I have tried for months to get this issue resolved and all it has done is cause me stress and anxiety. I made dozens of calls to their store trying to get a manager to resolve this simple issue but they would never take my calls or return my messages. I have a newborn baby that this ordeal has taken my time away from and the resolution they are suggesting is just not sufficient. We purchased our appliances from them almost months ago and are still having to try and get them to resolve their mistakes At this point I do not believe that asking them to refund the $in question plus the interest that has accrued would be too much to ask. I have never before experienced this poor of service and no one in their organization cares because they already have our money

I have had a great previous experience with my local Wellington store until now
I bought a full kitchen suite and washer and dryer from this store on November 26thAt first everything was fine and I was supposed to take delivery in weeks+/- after I placed my order and I was fine with thatThen the day of delivery they bring me only the washer machine and after numerous (20+/-) phone calls to my local store and corporate and also a couple of visits! I still do not have anything else other than a washer machineIt is now the day before Christmas and I have no kitchen appliances in my house due to the complete lack of Respect, Care or Attention of this company( I have been told several times that I would get a phone call from the managerStill never have) I would never recommend this company due to the headaches and excessive time I have incurred on the phone and taken out of my dayI still do not even know when I will be able to receive the items of my order and will not be able to enjoy cooking for my family on Christmas in my newly purchased home

Regarding HHGregg store Cin Springfield, VA
In the past two weeks, two employees have failed to call when they claimed they would and two have outright lied to meI ordered a washer, dryer and chest freezerThe washer was out of stock and two separate employees said they would call to let me know when they would be inWhen they failed to do so I went back into the storeThey claimed the washers would be in Dec and they would deliver Dec Lie number oneApparently they had no way to be sure of thatThe dryer and freezer where delivered, the washer was notI received no call or email letting me know the washer was not going to be deliveredI had to call the store to find out that the washer was still not in stockI spoke, allegedly, to a supervisor named Tarvelle(sp) who said delivery on the washer would be DecI called the customer service number and they said the store would have no way of knowing when the washers would be in and could not promise delivery on that dateLie number twoCustomer service then called the store and spoke with a supervisorWhen I asked if it was Tarvelle, Customer service said that was not the name of the supervisorLie number I was expecting a callback from customer service today which, of course, never came They are supposedly delivering the washer tomorrowI am not hopefulhhgregg has the worst customer service I have ever experiencedI will never do business with them againI would not recommend anyone else do business with these people
