I purchased a full set of kitchen appliances on Black FridayI purchased a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stoveMultiple times I was scheduled for a delivery, but all of a sudden the item was out of stock and was not deliveredI have record of every email stating that the item is going to be delivered I took days off of work to make sure that I was here for the delivery, but all of a sudden by the time the delivery was supposed to be made, the item was out of stockThe business claims that they left voicemails about these changes but there is no such recordI verified my number and email multiple times to make sure that there is a good chain of communicationI receive emails that state the items are out for delivery, but when I call to ask whether the item is on the way answers like "the item was damaged, the truck broke down, the Kentucky business never shipped this item to us" are being madeI called corporate and the actual store multiple times to help resolve this issue, but no one seems to know what is going on and why the delivery is not being madeIt is January and I still do not have my fridgeI am not one to complain but it is getting very frustrating that the delivery is SCHEDULED but never actually delivered on the date/timeI work night shift, so I spent two deliveries waiting up for the phone call that the product is on the wayI cannot keep taking days off and time out of my day for an EXPECTED delivery that is not going to be madeAt this point, I am ready for a refund and will never be purchasing and expecting a delivery from this company

Revdex.com: the reason that I do not accept this response is that I just called HH Gregg and was told that I WOULD NOT be getting a delivery on the 14th like you stated It would be at least the 17th IF....IF....they came in This is unacceptable and total bad business I have contacted my local papers and news channels as well I need a response immediately guaranteeing when I will be receiving my product I think a month is long enough for a refrigerator that is standard....not special order
