For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[It is now December 5, and we were once again told our washer and dryer will not be delivered on Tuesday, December 6th as promised by salesperson AshleyWe only found this out after calling the delivery centerAfter speaking with Manager Rachel, she informed me, once again, the dryer is not in stock againThis was confirmed by manager Steve that the dryer was en route to the warehouseWe are seeking immediate delivery of appliances as well as an additional $off the price to compensate for our days off, laundry costs, and financing cost as we have already made payment on these appliancesI have never experienced "a business" with such poor communication skills amongst their departments and poor customer servicePerhaps Whitney from HH Gregg Customer Service can provide answers as to why we have had three confirmations of delivery and our appliances have not been installedCan a person press charges against a business for stolen goods? If so, I would like to pursue that option

I have nothing, absolutely nothing positive to say about HH Gregg's Delivery departmentI have now dealt with them multiple times in both Louisiana and now MarylandTwo different states across the country and the exact same experiencesI order something in store, am assured of a delivery date, then when the time comes I am given no callsThen I spend hours trying to get in contact with the delivery department and am told either it was never scheduled, or that is it scheduled for a different dayI was supposed to have a mattress and boxspring set delivered December 3rd between 9am-It is on the Sales receipt that I am looking at while I call them and then I am told it was scheduled for December 8thWhen I ask why I was given no call or courtesy letting me know it had been changed I get a "I don't know ma'm." When I ask why it is on the sales receipt showing it was scheduled the 3rd, I once again get "I don't know ma'm." I hang up and am writing this reviewWhen I was in Louisiana, I had deliveries for things and EVERYSINGLETIMEthey were messed up or my merchandise was damaged
This is the most abysmal customer service I have ever had from any companyThe in-store service in Louisiana was accommodating, but the disconnect between their delivery department makes their whole experience negativeI have not bothered to go in-store again here in MarylandI am now going to be waiting a week to see if this delivery can actually make it here this time

My Partner, His Mother and I went to the hhgregg Store in Merrilville Indiana, the past AutumWe purchased two large screen LG Smart Television One for our home and one for his Mother's home that was being built Our Television we told the sales people would be used imediately and the other would be kept in the box until the home site was ready for it to be installed They encouraged our purchasing the Television while the Promotional Sale was in place We kept the second tv safely in the box until two weeks ago When we opened the TV there was what appeared to be a bubble in what we believed was just the protective coating on the TV Screen Once we mounted the television and turned it on it turns out that the screen was cracked and broken and the left and bottom portions of the screen do not work The TV had to have been damaged prior to the time of purchase We contacted HHGregg, They told us we would have to contact the manufacturer, despite the fact that we had purchased a broken television from their store and also their retailers extended year warranty on the same The sales person involved in the sale tried to help us but the sales manager has been rude, condescending, and altogether unpleasant The customer service at the store is fine when your spending money but when you need help with a problem they've sold you they are atrocious We are still trying to have the retailer replace the damaged Television they sold us They are ridiculous They are saying that we needed to exchange it immediately after the time of purchase The entire situation has been a hassle taking up way too much of our time hours upon hours of shared compiled time and proving that any savings we may have believed we were getting were illusory This has by far been our worst experience with an electronics vendor Unless this is resolved I am quite certain I will never shop with this retailer again What an immense disappointment Buyer beware Not surprising to learn at this time that they are not Revdex.com Accreditited

After reviewing the update provided by HH Gregg I find the response from Mr*** unacceptable for the following reasons :
His response implies no commitment to resolving the issue. In fact, his response is almost verbatim what I have been told already, not once but twice, by store personnel. Forwarding a request to finance that the no interest offer be extended has not produced results in the past - why will this time be any different? Saying that you have forwarded a request is not the same as saying he has instructed or directed finance to apply the interest free promotion to the account. He does not even acknowledge that it should have been applied. Does finance have the ability to deny his request and what if they do?
He indicates that it will still take the company another two months to fix this issue - they have already had months to fix this. I requested it be resolved within days from the date of my complaint. Does he not have the authority to expedite this issue or consider it worth expediting given the length of time it has drug on. Why can't this be resolved before my next statement is issued?
MrMontgomery makes no mention of crediting the interest accrued to date. Is he assuming that will happen?
