I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have provided pictures of my phone records (Attached) proving that I called the store five times starting on 9/12/16 two days after purchasing the washer and dryer. Also attached is phone records of calling the corporate office on 9/16/16. If you were to check the store cameras in that same time frame you will see me come into the store on two different occasions to voice my complaints and try to do something to resolve this matter. I spoke to a sales person named Samual, the store manager Brian and the general manage John about this matter. The manager informed me that there was a 20% restocking fee if we wished to return the washer and dryer. Later when talking to the corporate office we were informed that that was not true that it was only a 15% stocking fee. The manager also talked me into keeping the appliance and to try different settings, he also gave me quotes on returning the items and buying a different set but asked me to try a different setting and to "try to be happy with it" before I made my decision because of the money I would be loosing with the restocking fees. Between the calls and going to the store on multiple occasions he kept giving me different settings to try and when none of them worked and I informed him that I wished to return the item he than told me it was past thirty day cut off and I could no longer return them. He never informed me of the thirty day dead line and I believe he coursed me into keeping the appliances until it was too late to return them. I than talked to the general manager about this issue and by this time the washer had broke so I was also talking to him about getting the washer fixed 10/26/16. The washer is still not fixed do to having to order parts. The general manager told me to call the corporate office and tell them that I not happy with the washer and that is was already broke down and they would give me a in-store credit and I could come back in a pick a different set and they would change it out. So I did what he said and the corporate office informed me that that was not possible after the thirty days that he should have never told me that. So once again I had been lied to about this matter. I than called the general manager again after receiving this news from corporate office and he informed me that he had just received an e-mail from the corporate office telling him the same thing. He did apologize and than tell me that there was nothing else he could do. This is the worst buying experience I have ever had and the worst product I have ever bought and after spending a lot of money for new appliances and being very dissatisfied I am still not able to wash clothing at my house. I have been going to the laundry mat for almost a month taking up a lot of my time and money to wash me clothing for a family of five.

The situation is not resolved, I have the flyer, no where on the flyer does it state that the price match gaurantee will not be honored. These people are lying crooks!! Please I need your help because I continue to get different reasons for them not honoring the garauntee.

I was very excited to purchase HP pavilion x360 labtop, but my experience has turned out very poorly. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with AcceptanceNow program which has charged me a service plan of 12.99 a month. I have repeatedly asked them to stop billing me because I never signed up for this insurance. The bill for the insurance was paid for the month of April and I do not want this service. In hopes you can help remedy the situation. Please refund any and all fees associated with this RAC discount insurance program. I was not asked for a service plan at HHGregg. It was automatically enrolled for me without my knowledge. I am unhappy with my purchase and the service provided to me. I do not see myself ever shopping at HHgregg or any of its subsidaries ever again. I will make all future purchases from [redacted], or [redacted]
Issue remains unresolved and I would like the Revdex.com to close the complaint as unresolved. HHGregg is not making a sincere effort to resolve the matter.

I have received all discomfort and still dealing with damage appliances which is not fair. EVERYTHING that I bought to this store was damaged and defective. They want the customer to be guaranteed and make money because they sell you used appliances and warranties as well. I have received so bad feedback from people in general about this company regarding issues with defective products and bad customer services. I can't believe it is happening to me and no one can't do ANYTHING to stop this totally mess. Definitely, I won't recommend it. This company is not offering anything to me. Why they don't pay off the HHGregg credit card that I still paying? All the appliances were so expensive and not cheap or on sale...I am paying a lot still. I want $$$$$recompense to my credit card and 2 years of warranty (I am pretty sure I will needed for the next month, something will break again).

I recently bought a stove and microwave from HHG. This is the first time using them. We found the range my wife wanted and they gave us great discounts. The process was great for both of us (low price for me and great experience for my wife). My wife decided after 2 weeks that she didn't like the electric top and wanted a dual fuel. Unfortunately, HH Gregg didn't have the one she wanted so we called to return it. I was waiting for the excessive charges for pickup, restock, etc. There was none. What a great company to buy from. I see all the negative reviews, but people tend not to bother to write a positive one. My experience was so positive, I took that extra step. I will buy from them again.

I received an email last night with a number to call to schedule delivery. When I call that number I'm connected to Sirius XM radio hotline!? I emailed them repeating my correct phone number and that I'd like to cancel unless we can resolve it today. Their helpline puts me on hold for over an hour...
so I don't know how to reach anyone to cancel.
