I have contacted both Paypal and Discover and the transaction code given from HH Gregg does not verify and refund given to me, as the dispute was closed and they received the money back when I cancelled the dispute thru Discover.

Can we reopen complaint ID [redacted] I received a phone call on November 14th requesting additional information via email which I sent on November 15, 2015 at 8:34, I requested a delivery receipt which I got, however I never got a read message nor a callback.
We are now receiving late bills for the delivery charge and we were never compensated for the $150 damages charge.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not agree with their response. I have already been to the store 3 different times. Each time they said they would rectify the situation caused because the original washer and dryer purchased had been returned and a more expensive set purchased. They failed to do that and the time they had more self come to the store to call Synchrony together, the manager was not there. I have done my part and yet the store wants to be cit loose of any responsibility. I went in and they failed to even be available after saying they would be. I have heard this about HH Gregg from others also.
Contact 6 is a local helpline through our news station in Milwaukee. At this point what do I have to lose?

I have in fact been provided with a replacement with a replacement dryer. While on a visit to the store to arrange the pick up and return of both units Virginia, the store manager and the ONLY person willing to offer a resasonible solution arranged to have the damaged dryer exchanged for a b ew one. HHGregg should value her as a appreciated employee. Regards,

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I understand that HHGregg cannot reimburse me the costs of the dishwasher installation. However, they do seem to acknowledge in their response that they caused me great inconvenience due to their actions and poor handling of my order. I would ask that they compensate me in some form for my trouble, either through store credit or in some other way as a showing of commitment to good customer service. I would like to remind them that I have received no explanation for their actions and they ignored my repeated requests for an explanation, which led me to escalate this matter to the Revdex.com. I would hope that this is not how HHGregg hopes to encourage repeat customers.
