I am completely dissatisfied and blown away by the poor service I received recently at the Mishawaka, IN HH GreggI purchased a washer/dryer set and explicitly asked the sales agent before purchase when the earliest date for delivery would be as this was a determining factor to my purchaseThe sales agent specifically stated I would receive a call Sunday evening, 6/to confirm a hour windowI verified that I need the delivery after 4PM as like any other adult - I work during the day and do not have the luxury of taking hours out of my day to sit and wait for a deliveryThe sales agent stated this would not be a problem to have the delivery after 4PMMonday afternoon I finally call them, only to find out the delivery is set for the following Monday, 6/They could schedule the delivery for Tuesday 6/3, but told me I had to wait for a callback later on that evening to give me the three hour window - again reiterating I need the delivery after 4PMThe rep I spoke with stated if that time frame didn't work out to call back and rescheduleFinally I get a call saying the delivery time will be between 9:15AM-12:15PMI immediately call the store and get the same rep I spoke with earlier that afternoon and she places me on hold and then the manager picks up with no explanationHis scope of customer service revolved around phrases like "This is the way we've always done it." And "I've been here years and it's worked this way for everyone else." There was no sense of customer service as the entire call he was speaking over me and interruptingHis only solution was we could push the delivery back another day but there would be no guarantee on the time or that I could wait until SaturdayThis defeated the whole purpose of purchasing appliances with the immediate need for delivery discussed at the time of purchaseThis experience speaks volumes that this business is simply focused on the sale with no desire to improve customer service or return businessI will never purchase appliances from this store again

We purchased a Samsung water jet washing machine from H H Gregg in April I have found that the machine is leaving mysterious spots on my clothes that will not come outIt also does not clean the clothes as well as the old style washing machines I realize it is past days from my purchase, but went in to ask if they could do anything Of course, they just sent me to Samsung Inc., who did nothing to help me These new jet washers are junk I just want to get the word out there I didn't expect them to just hand me a refund, but thought they might give me a credit towards a different washer

I probabl wouldn't be getting a refundonly emails I received from them are advertising believed me I will be stopping thatI will never recommend this place to anybodypoor service, and on hold for over mins trying to speak with someone

They have great prices and a large selection; that's where it endsTheir customer service is absolutely horribleWhen you purchase an appliance and there are definite functional problems with it, the same day of delivery, they want to repair, not replaceAnd when you attempt to come to a resolution with customer service, they are abruptly rude, refuse to allow you to speak with a supervisor, refuse to return the appliance and haon you while you are talking

A Horrible Experience with HH Gregg , I purchased an entire kitchen set with them LG Fridge ,Samsung stove and microwave and dishwasher, it took me no more than minutes to purchase, because I searched several stores E.G *** *** , *** and *** and *** *** ,I had a price in mind and certain brands I wanted to purchase and features ,HH Gregg had all the items I was looking for in stock and was also offering free delivery and the price were the same as the other stores and they price matched .due to the brands I purchased I was very happy, until delivery day ,my order was delivered with no fridge, the delivery men had a work order with no fridge on it , I showed them my sales receipt and they told me they only deliver and I had to call the store, at that time of morning before I had to go to work ,I was not expecting to be on the phone trying to locate my fridge I paid for ,I called the store and they were closed -I asked the men for their supervisor contact, and they said I have to wait and proceeded to open all the other appliances and take pictures ,I advised them that I would like the phone # and I need to speak to some one so they can be advised they have to deliver my fridge also ,I still had to wait until they were done , I called and supervisor stated I have to speak to the store due to that was the work order sent to them to deliver ,and was transferred to the store and I spoke to a person that stated he was a manager .he said the fridge was sold out, I told him the reason for my purchase at HH Gregg was partial to the items being in stock, he said the fridge will have to be reordered ,I advised him I was having a family function at my home for my wedding anniversary and I ordered a fridge and was told it will be delivered way before my event .he said to come in and speak to a manager at the store ,I went in and was given a discount and got the floor model, I asked the agent if this item was delivered and brought back to the store or if it was refurbished ,because it had some dings on it ,he said no it was taken out of box and due to being moved around the store that why it had the dingsthe type of person I am I work every day and it is not easy to spend that amount of money for faulty product
The fridge was delivered at my home before my function, with in to weeks the fridge was making a lot of noise ,I called and they sent out someone and the compressor had to be changed due to the noise and also agent told me something was missing from the back that reduces noise ,the tech was very nice and took care of the problem ,I honestly don't see why I have to purchase brand new products and they have to be fixed within days .this purchase was around July .now I have another problem my brand new dishwasher is not washing, it is running but not washing ,and it won't turn off ,I called and agent gave me a phone # for a repair place hours from me ,and was told they might have an office closer to where I live to have the dishwasher fixed ,to contact them, voice mail stated they are closed and to call back on next business day .I called back the customer service center and told them these people are to far and if they can give me some one closer ,I called another repair location that was given and left message on Friday morning, no contact on Friday ,no contact on Saturday ,no contact on Monday ,mind you in order to turn off the dishwasher I had to turn the breaker off which also took off my fridge ,I had to run an extension cord to work the fridge ,I advised agents of this and they said there was nothing they can do but submit work order -on Tuesday I called the repair place ,the agent told me he needs the model number ,I advised him it was sent with work order ,he said he still needs it from me to take a picture and email it ,well I did this on Tuesday morning and I am still waiting, my fridge is still hooked up to the extension cord ,I looks like a hazard to me ,and I can't move the fridge I have to say this is the worst place to spend your hard earned money ,and no NEW product should have to be fixed and any point with in months of purchase .sales agent at the Ocoee store is very helpful when you have to purchase ,if you have a problem ,they seem to avoid you

I WANT AT LEAST YEAR PAID THE WARRANTY FOR MY APPLIANCESIT STILL BROKEN AND REBUILDEDI DON'T KNOW WHAT IS NEXT TO BE BROKEN AGAIN$IS NOT A GOOD RECOMPESANTIONTHIS IS THE WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER DEAL IN MY LIFEI AM BUSINESS PERSON AND I WON'T RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALLI DIDN'T GET NEW APPLIANCES NO MATTER HHGREGG COMPANY SAID....AND I PAYING AS A NEW EQUIPMENTTHE YEAR WARRANTY COST $ 150, PLEASE YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN $WITH WARRANTY I CAN STILL NO PAYING FOR DAMAGESTHIS IS A BIG BUSINESS - COMPANY DO SOMETHING BETTER THAN THATTHANK YOU,

HHGregg has not made any contact with me at all regarding the resolution of the dishwasher problem The dishwasher is still broken and no one has ordered any parts or called to offer a replacementI called HHGregg today to find out what the plan is and have been on hold for over a half hour HHGregg's response to the Revdex.com was that I would receive some sort of resolution by today That is obviously not going to happen HHGregg is the worst appliance store I have ever dealt with This dishwasher has been broken for almost a month and there is no resolution in sightHow could the HHGregg representative tell you that the problem would be resolved by today and then not follow through?? This is ludicrous I hope the Revdex.com can get me a replacement dishwasher soon
