Do not order from Hhgregg onlinePlaced an order through them for a tv on black Friday, and was supposed to be delivered today, but they missed the delivery window so I checked on my order and found the delivery was cancelled I had to call twice to get through to their delivery department, and was told they didn't have the TV I already paid for in Stock and didn't know when they would have one
They transferred me to what was supposed to be their sales department, but instead was a line trying to sell me services until it gave me an number to call for more offers
I them called the number of their website, and all they could tell me is that they ordered more of the tvs on the 29th They didn't apologize at any point or offer any discounts or anything and couldn't give me a new estimated delivery date
Ended up cancelling my order and ordered a new tv through *** ***

This answer does not answer in any my concern. I have attached my notes from the event and would call attention that missed appointments, and not taking responsibility for the issue seems to be HH Greggs standard mode of operationThe appliance was purchased from HH Gregg, the warranty company answers the phone HH Gregg, yet in any conversation, I am told that I should call the warranty company. I got this direction from the local store, and anyone I corresponded with at the corporate officeThe behavior is one that ignores common attributes of good customer careBest Regards,

I called to schedule an appointment as per this letter, the tech never showed up, I called to find out where he was and got the run around - they didn't have my appointment, didn't know what I was even talking aboutThen I call HH Gregg service back and she sees the appointment but can't explain where the tech isThey also keep calling an old number we have tried to change with them times, although they have the right number too, they still have a old phone number on the account as well which I am sure doesn't help the situation. This run around is costing me time off work, food gone bad and my sanityAt this point I want my money refunded for the warranty and I will just go get another refrigerator and I will never buy from HH Gregg again or EVER purchase a warranty that is facilitated by A&E factory service again.Please refund my money for the warranty I have never used it and apparently never will since all they want to do is play games and never actually come fix the appliance, this is a rip off.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business response fails to address a single point I made, namely: 1) The complete lack of communication from the company (to date I have STILL never received any e-mails from HHGregg informing me that my order was cancelled) I should not have to monitor my accounts to see a strange refund and contact THEM for information 2) The egregious period of time (weeks) that they failed to notify me that there were any problems with my order and held my money without any attempt to contact me, preventing me from using those funds with a competitor The business response merely recites what little information I possessed due to contacting them before filing this Complaint with the Revdex.com That is not even remotely an appropriate response to the allegations I have made here

on 11/8/I ordered major appliances for delivery and installation on 11/9/I order via HHGreggs website with the assistance of BonnieBonnie was wonderful and very helpful but she told me that the installation would be included with the deliveryEverything was perfectOn 11/9/15, the delivery never cameI contacted management and they told me to either return the items or that they could get it out to me today, 11/10/and the manager reconfirmed that the installation would take place
Today, the driver arrived and told me he could not install the items as he wasnt certified to do soI again contacted management and they were completely unhelpfulThey basically told me to refuse the items becuase they couldnt and wouldnt help me
I ended up refunding all appliances and will be reordering them with *** *** or *** today
I have never experienced such terrible customer service or encountered a company that acts as if they don't want to make money or sell products
I wouldn't shop with them EVER!

I did contact h.h.gregg within the days of buying the product about the problem and was told to contact the manufacturerAfter contacting the manufacturer and could not get the problem fixed I contacted h.h.gregg to see if they could help fix the problem and after months of getting the run around I asked for a refund and that is when the manager of the store started yelling and was very rude on the phone with me so I hung up the phone and contacted the Revdex.com
