For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is the thingWe woke up on July 3rd to a broken T.v We called your warranty company right awayThey never sent a repair person outWe sent pictures and they said it was physical damageNobody physically damaged the t.v There are no broken piecesNobody even looked at itI called the company and sent another video to themThey said it would get fixed but the repair man said it was not economical they should replace itThat they needed more notes and I should call back at the end of the weekMind you that was week with the T.vgetting worse and worseI patiently waited, then when I called back they said sorry we were wrong it was physically damaged were not going to repair It!! I'm sorry but that is wrong! First the t.vwasn't physically damaged and even if it was your salesman told us that it was covered we had a min conversation about it!

Upon delivery of my appliance the driver found a dent on the backThey told me they would take $off my bill which I paid with a debit cardAs of the time of this comment no return of fundsAfter the second call to them no return of funds which they said at store it would be deposited in my accountI have a signed receipt from driver of the credit.I will not deal with this company again, even if and when they return my money!

The delivery contractor has indicated that they are finalizing payment. HHGregg has completely ignored that I have an appliance that does not properly function. The lights work intermittently, the ice maker does not work, and the unit is extremely loud. These conditions have been ongoing since the unit was new and I would like a full refund to resolve this matter
