The warranty company took all that time to supply the partsThat was after the approved the repairsI just think that when you send a repairman out you should ha e the parts availableHe could not even look because if he had them until repair was approvedOn the refrigerator, we told the salesperson what we were looking for and where we would use itWe told him the refrigerator would be as an extra for the garageHe never stated that your warranty would be voided if used thereHe even sold us an extended warranty for The warranty company told us to move the appliance into the house and then they would come outI've owned an upright and a side by side which where in the garage for more than years, with no problemsI believe the least they can do is refund the funds from the extended warranty, since they won't honor itWe can't move it indoors, we have no room for itIm very disappointed with the service from this store

I am so disappointed in HH Gregg online customer serviceI bought a TV online Black Friday and the funds were immediately debited from my account on 11/I received an email on 11/stating "We're sorry Due to significant demand, we are oversold on this product and we will not be able to fulfill your order." I was then told it would take 7-days to get my refundSo let me get this straight HH Gregg sold a TV they did not havetook my moneyand now I have to wait 7-days to get my refund!!! This is utterly ridiculous!!! I have complained twice via the customer contact information on the HH Gregg websiteIt has now been business days and I have still not received my refundI do not want this horrible experience to happen to anyone else!!!

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Please inform Ms. *** that Warrantech did not inspect my stove, but merely looked at the broken glass. Prior to leaving our home, the Warrantech representative advised he had ordered a new glass top for our stove. The representative advised it would ship to our home. The representative advised us to call him when the part arrived. We waited two weeks for the part to arrive. The part never came. We contacted Warrantech who then advised our claim was denied. Warrantech advised our claim was denied because the representative reported that we caused the damage ourselves. I explained to Warrantech that the stove simply "blew up" for lack of a better word. Warrantech felt my account of the incident was untruthful. I pursued my complaint through Warrantech's proper channels, but was denied at each level. After posting pictures and a narrative about my experience to social media sites, Samsung contacted my directly. Samsung sent a representative to my home to inspect the stove. The representative determined faulty wiring caused the damage to my stove. I have attached two pictures provided by the Samsung representative. Regards, [redacted]

We Were not made aware the Reward/Rebate card they sent (That we got for purchasing our homes all new total Appliance Bundle package and Washer and Dryer) had an expiration date as we were told it was a, "Gift" for customer appreciation! Excuse me but in my World HH Gregg, that is not honorable to all of a sudden declare a redemption limit on a gift you gave us for buying thousands of dollars from you! In fact it is STEALING,$to be exact! What a scamIt's certainly not good business ethics I can say after purchasing several rental homes and redoing them in all HH Gregg bought appliances over several years, this never happened before ...so why would we think the card expired??? Much to Our dismay Our HH Gregg TV we bought a few yrs ago bit the dust out of warranty, and that happens and we were going to repurchase, of course, a brand new one happily with this, "Customer Reward for OUR LOYALTY" only to be meet with the teeny tiny expiration date of months We still tried to work with HH Gregg to reissue the Reward or give extension as wasn't told of expiration and prior cards never expired but only to be curtly and rudely hung up on via phone and then thru their instant chat online on their website help sectionSo much for customer service or HH Greggs customer, "Loyalty"...hence we will avoid being, "LOYAL" to this company any further From now on We will take our business and $$$ to companies who wish to establish long term loyal customer satisfaction and relationshipsNot too smart fiscally in a declining economy to lose such a loyal base HH GreggI see this company going bankrupt or reorganizing in near future, shame but I won't now lose sleep over it [redacted] Ft Myers , FlUsa

I order GE Microwave on Nov 28th Order #( [redacted] ) during order confirmation promised pick up date from store was Dec 3rd HHGREGG immediately charged my credit cardI never received any email for pick up from HHGREGGWhen I called store for more information, they simply told me that they don't have it and for any additional info contact service deskWhenever I called service desk I received automatic message that due to high volume call after some timeFew times I was put in queue with a hold time of more that minsI gave upToday (12/16) after mins of hold I got someone to speak withShe told me that product may be available on 12/I requested a tracking number for shipment,they refused saying we don't have tracking numberI requested to talk with supervisorafter another 7/mins of wait timeI spoke with MaryShe told me she is highest authority I could speak withthey didn't have product at the time of accepting my orderThey place an order with someone on 12/I may get my pickup or it may get delayedShe doesn't want give anything in writingShe simply offered to cancel order if I wantNo regret no remorse for getting money on 11/but uncommitted to delivering service or product they are supposed to deliverI told her that I am going to write this review in Revdex.comNo reaction as if no big dealI am writing this to let all other buyers know what trap they may be getting into while doing business with company / dealer
