The warranty/repair process with HH Gregg is severely broken It has been over one (1) month since my initial call to HH Greg for warranty repair services (5/28/15) on our [redacted] front loader washing machine through [redacted] It is 7/1/and our washing machine is still not repaired Nothing happened between 5/28/and 6/16/= That is business days and considered unacceptable On 6/16/ [redacted] sent out the wrong vendor to diagnose issues with our machine After calling [redacted] the same day, they explained to me that they were unsure why they sent the wrong firm, but unfortunately needed to send someone else out to diagnose the machine ( [redacted] ***) [redacted] Doc showed up on 6/24/- business days after sending the wrong firm Parts were ordered and have arrived at the contractor's site, but they told me this morning 7/that they can't get me scheduled for another week That takes the total time to repair to approxweeks This is not the A+ service that was explained to me nor what I paid for at time of purchase I highly encourage HH Greg to elect a new service providerThis is beyond unacceptable service Thanks,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution]i can not except this, I have been without the appliances that I purchased from them for way to longThis has cost me more money trying to get HH Greg to honor their aggrearmentI understand that they are a big cooperate company that had absolutely no problem taking my hard earned moneyBut I can not just sweep this under the rugI don't even understand what they are trying to cancel and refundI purchased an extended warrenty so I would be covered if anything ever happened, not only did things happen but HH Greg has not been helpful nor have they been fairThey have sent me in circles, trying to get these issues fixedI have been sat on the burner until they knew they could get out of making this rightI have taken a total of days of work to allow them to send service to my home, only to not show up or call to cancel and tell me it will be another weeksThey have even called and told me that they have all the parts ordered and will be able to fix the appliancesWhen they showed up they didn't have any of the right parts and told me they would need to order the right parts which would take another weeks and then someone would call and schedule another service callThis happened right after I filed the compliant with The Revdex.comI have given them so many opportunities to honor their agreements and policiesHH Greg has pushed me off so many times to make sure I'm past the allowed time to returnI have done everything I can to be patient and have tried to work with them but in the end this has cost me more time off work, unnecessary stress, and more moneyI would like a fair resolutionI don't know what else to do, I have all the phone calls, emails, and notes of everyone I have spoken with and confirmation numbersI know I have not been treated fairly as a consumerThank you again for your time Regards, [redacted]
