Just to note, we means me, grandmother / gma and maybe gpa Ordered an LG refrigerator from HH Gregg on 11/26/Signed up for a store credit card since I didn't have bucks just lying aroundSo, got approved for the card and bought and paid for the fridgeHappy, thinking we were getting the fridge but I was wrongSo the first delivery date on December 2nd if I remember correctly comes, but they can't get the fridge through the door due to our security doorI cant take it off so we were told to redo the delivery for another day with the advice from the delivery guysFridge was basically at our door that dayAlso to add, we got the email to confirm the address and then another email to That same day, we go to the HH Gregg location where we ordered the fridge, asked the sales associate we had been working with for this and an oven, if he could change the date and to add a water line installation for which was fineWe try to get the date changed in store but cannot do itSales associate tries to call the warehouse where our fridge was sent back toThis would be somewhat of a precursor to what happens on the next delivery date We leave the store, but beforehand, we tell the sales associate the date we want to change the fridge delivery toHe says OK, he will try to change it to the 8th of December and will callHe calls a couple days later, saying that he couldn't get us the 8th but got us the 13th for a delivery date so we take itWe get another email the day before confirming the address, but this time no email with a hour windowThinking that is weird, my grandmother calls the warehouse on the 13th, grandfather removes security door When she calls the warehouse, can't reach anyoneShe calls again and is able to reach someoneThe rep at the warehouse says that no delivery was set for today for our fridge and recommends calling the storeShe gets transferred to the store and the sales associate says give him an hour, he will look into it by calling the warehouse.....which she had just doneMy gma did ask for the associate we had been working with but he wasn't in yetI tell her to cancel the order A little white later, gma gets a call from who we think was a manager at the warehouseShe informs us she received an email while inquiring about the fridge that the only fridge they had was damagedWe never found out what happened to fridge that was on our front door basically a few weeks agoWe also never received a letter or formal apology from HH GreggThey are out of a sale which was refunded to me, on the store card Gma also had to call the company used for the water line installation and cancel thatThe rep for that company actually was apologetic way more than HH Gregg wasI'm waiting on the to be put back on the card nowHere is the kickerI now had a credit hit for a card for a store I most likely will never use again due to this experienceI can't use the card at any other store or anything, and of course even if I cancel the card my credit score will be affected, so not sure what to really do now

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received a call from Ryan on 8/20/and given the number 317-848-8720, extension I have called the number numerous times, however there is no option for me to enter an extensionThey are constantly "receiving heavy call volume"I finally decided to wait it out and after sitting on hold for over minutes I was disconnected The original tablet was returned for a credit, however my issue was that I wanted a replacement sent and no one at HH Gregg was able to help me with that purchase I was promised, multiple times, that Rhonda would call me back, she never did When I asked for the name of her supervisor, I was told that she did not have a supervisor and that I needed to be patient, she would call me back It has now been days since I was told to wait for her call I have multiple screen shots showing that an error message was received every time I tried to order on line The customer service reps who attempted to help me received the same messages On August 5, I went into a store, purchased the tablet using my HH Gregg credit card, drove to UPS, where they packed it up and mailed it for me So I was unable to take advantage of the “Free Shipping” you were offering but at least UPS was able to actually ship the item, something HH Gregg was incapable of doing Regards, [redacted]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It seems that Hhgregg has only responded to the issue of my warranty to cover my washer. As a consumer I am very disappointed that I spent almost $2000.00 on a washer and dryer set to have the washer completely go out after 14 months. I was without my appliance for 7 weeks due to Hhgregg and their 3rd party not communicating and or getting my issue resolved. There was no urgency as I had to continue to call for updates as I was made promises time and time again. I was hung up on by someone in Hhgreggs corporate office and all I received was "We value Mr. [redacted] as a customer". This is absolutely unacceptable and should be illegal. Hhgregg has stated they pride themselves on delivering outstanding Customer Service when in return they do the opposite. Regards, [redacted]

"I went into my local HHGregg Store in Anderson, SC on yesterday in order to get a replacement on a Bluetooth headset I received as a giftWhen the manager finishing exchanging the item he asked me if I needed to get another warranty on the current Bluetooth as if I needed to so I went ahead because I wasn't sure of the return policy with warranties since it was a giftAnyway, the previous Bluetooth headseat was warrantied for years so I still had until August I am very dissatisfied and disappointed that they would stoop that low to make a sellI found out from the person who got me the gift that I should not have had to pay to get a new warranty on one that was still activeIt would seem to be common sense but because it was a gift and the manager asked I assumed there were certain stipulations but apparently it was not and because I was a woman and he knew it was a gift then he decided to get overPlease be aware of when you go in to replace an item that has been warrantied for several years because they will still try to sell you a warranty even though you don't need oneAnything to make an extra buck these day"
