Ordered a washer and dryer and scheduled the delivery and installation for 12/2/ The gentlemen who showed up did not have the right tools and did not know how to connect the power cord to the back of the dryer After hours, they left and told me to call the 1-number to make arrangements No working dryerAfter several attempts on that number, I called the store on 96th Stto help meI was connected with the delivery warehouse and promised that someone would come out on 12/to install the power cord When I called the morning of 12/to find out the time window, I was told I am not on the schedule and the next available date is 12/ After speaking with customer service, I am left to hire someone, do it myself (will have to repurchase a power cord as they did not leave me with the correct one), or make arrangements for them to pick up, return and refund my money Terrible customer service and incompetent/lazy installers
