The Sales People at HH Gregg are very nice but the extended warranty plan is absolutely awful...terrible! DO NOT buy anything there! You cannot get them to come out They tell you find a repair place and pay for it and submit a claimI will never buy anything else from them again!! This has happened multiple times Never buy anything from them!

On July 1, I received an appliance I ordered the week before At the time of my order I specifically asked the sales person if I would be receiving a user manual I was assured---"of course" When the truck arrived with my appliance there was no user guide The truck driver stated it must have been left behind and to please call the HHGreg store in Bradenton When I did I was told there was no "user manual" I assured the employee that there was since both the sales person and driver told me there was The employee said "maybe there is, however, we do not send user manuals through the mail" I questioned the logic and requested to talk to the store manager Mike the manager assured me a user manual would be sent out the following day One week later, after not receiving the manual, I called back to the store and talked to a very helpful employee named "Blase?" He took my information and assured me that he would personally contact the manager to make sure the user manual would be sent I have yet to receive the manual---but still have hopes One thing for sure---I am not going away If necessary I will attempt to contact the upper management for a solution to my problem As far as the product itself and the delivery I am very satisfied However, I cannot imagine why HHGreg is making such a big deal over a user manual???? By the way---the appliance has a sign on it saying---be sure to read your manual before safely using this appliance!!! LOL

I purchased a washer and dryer from HH Gregg to be delivered and stacked in my homeI also purchased the required stacking kit, washer connections, and dryer connectionsThe delivery people showed up late and immediately started complaining about having to work on Sunday (this was the delivery date I was given by HH Gregg) and how much money they didn't makeThey then refused to stack the two appliances, stating that "they did not have time" and that "it wasn't in their paperwork" to do thisI explained I had paid for this and that they have to do it whether they had time or notThe rude delivery person said he did not have to do anything I asked him to do because he is an independent contractor and it was HH Gregg's problem not hisHe then got on the phone with his "manager" and proceeded to lie about why he wasn't going to do it and then lied to his manager about what I had saidI called him on his lies and he screamed at meI told him to leave my house and that I would contact HH Gregg to complainHe called me names as he walked outDO NOT purchase anything from this company that has to be delivered
