Still I believe no one should have to deal with any company this wayThanks to Mr [redacted] and his professionalism maybe we will finally have a new refrigerator that works!We did purchase a maintenance agreement even though it has the mfgyr warrantyIt is a shame that you pay $for an appliance in America and cannot be assured that it will workSad to what our country has come to with shoddy work from overseas mfgwhen Americans need jobs! Anyway thats another story In closing, I probably would not buy from HH Gregg again (i had to get a store credit) or I would have taken my replacement money and shopped elsewhereI will be glad to finally be able to buy refrigerated items after yrs of dealing with this problem [redacted]

My name is [redacted] ***I am very disappointed in my purchase (order number [redacted] from hhgreggI ordered a playstion vr system during black fridayYesterday I received an email from paypal stating hhgregg was refunding my moneyI cal in today and find out that they over sold the items and could no longer fulfill the orders for some peopleSo the inventory system wasn't working correctlyThats a letdownBut on top of that I wasn't even emailed or notified when they found this out during black fridayI was only notified by paypal yesterdayThats nearly weeks later and very close to ChristmasThis is totally unprofessional and hhgregg should be ashamedThis has caused me to scramble to look for this item for my kidsMost places are sold out and the items on ebay are selling for way higher than retail price because there are people who bought the items only to resell at a higher priceIf I would have been notified sooner I could have still bought this item at a reasonable price some where elseNow if I buy it online I have to worry about if it even arrives on time or pay extra to ship it sooner which costs me moreI do not appreciate the way I was treated by the supervisor who worked on my case who only gave me $as compensationThis does not make up for the huge difference in price I will have to pay now and the headache and stress I am going throughI will not buy from hhgregg ever again and will not refer family or friends
