I purchased a home a year ago from a deceased person who had purchased a transferrable year warranty on appliances they had purchased from HHGREGG in Bradenton FLI have the original receipt, and called the warranty number to have service on my LG refrigeratorAfter minute conversation, and another hour long call, most of which I was on hold, I was told that I have to produce a death certificate in order for them to transfer the ownership to my nameI would have no idea where to get one, and have a freezer full of thawing food, and they say they can't help me until they receive the copy of the death certificate at their data entry facility in Texas How long do I think all this would take? I believe that if they keep you on hold long enough, you will give up and have the appliance repaired at your own expenseToo bad for the person who spent $on the extended warranty on the refrigerator alone

Purchased appliances from the company and the deliver along with the sales associate wrote up the wrong productI was delivered the wrong item twice on two different occasions and then the right item once and it was damaged It took a total of delivers to finally get my order correct and I was promised a $refundHas been over a week and half now with no refund or follow up from this companyI highly recommend that if your looking for appliances avoid HHGREGG

This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever hadDo not trust the Sales people or the managersWhat they tell you they are selling you is not necessarily what you end up receiving, if you receive it at all The Company we work for does a high volume of purchasing from Hhgregg (as they are now known) and we will use all of the influence we have to get them to stop purchasing

I began an online purchase from HHGregg.comDuring the transaction, it offered to me to apply for an HH Gregg credit card to get financing on this purchaseIt mis-leads the customer appearing that I can get the card and apply it to this transactionHowever, after applying to the credit card and getting approved, it then said I could not get the account number and would have to visit a store to get itNo stores in the area have this itemThey would then have to enter an online transaction for me (if that's even possible) and it defeats the entire purpose of my transaction onlineMore importantly, it was completely mis-leading and claims that I could get and use the credit card for the transaction benefiting from the financing option There is a particular sale that I want to use now that stops me from waiting a week for the credit cardNo one has been helpful or competent from HH Gregg in this transactionSynchrony Bank took people and calls to get a clear explanation that I didn't like, but at least made some sense I am now attempting to cancel my credit card with Synchrony Bank and to avoid any transactions with HH Gregg in the future due to these issues I would avoid transactions with both companies, even to save a few dollars as the hassle is not worth it!

I purchased a brand new washer and dryer from the HH Gregg on Glencrossing way in Western hillsThe salesman said the washer didn't come with hoses and I needed to buy them, so I didI get home and open the washer and there were hoses that came with the washer, so I blew that off, 30$ wasn't worth my time anywaysOn top of that, the washer bay is covered in rustI called to ask for an exchangeThey told me they wouldn't come pick up the old washer, that I had to bring it to the storeI didn't want that liability on my shoulders of something happening on the way to the store since the washer was out of the packagingThe General Manager [redacted] continued to argue and argue with me that it wasn't their fault, and it was Haier's (the brand of washer) faultHe talked down to meRefused to come pick up the rusted washer and exchange for a new oneI asked for the corporate number and his condecending attitude completely changedHe made arrangments to have it delivered to my home on 7/I called to make sure everything was set up and then I was told he had set it up to be delivered 7/A little notification would have been niceI understand they don't do timed deliveries, but I had absolutely nobody that could be at my house on 7/to let the delivery men inI could have had someone there on 7/which was the original date they told me the delivery was scheduled for, but they changed the date without telling meI'm fed up with the fact that I spent over 600$ at their store, was sold a rusted washer which was "brand new", then I get talked down to, and ridiculed by their general managerI would reccomend never buying from HH GreggTheir customer service absolutely blew my mind with how awful it was
