Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]The television was not checked at the storeThe television was removed about 1/of the way by the stock person the appliance supervisor did not check the television and I was not asked to examine the televisionI believe the box was opened beforeI have family and friends that bought televisions from there before and the TV were never checked like this one wasWhen I brought the Television back the supervisor was not there the general manager Mike was and told me the television was my problem and not theirsI have checked with a few appliance stores and they said they never open a box to examine a TelevisionI had a funny feeling when I left the store of why they would open a box but I didn't pay attention to itI never thought their would be a problemI truly believe this box was a return and was opened beforeThe damage they claim was under the energy sticker.This could not have been seen even if it was examinedIf that's what they had in mind to examine for damage why was I not asked to verify it was not damaged and sign off on itI do not except this company explanationThis television was returned with a Mentor Police escort and my brother-in-law as a witnessI can't believe any company would do this to a customerI purchased from this store before and my daughter bought a Television on the same day as minePart of a reparable company is standing behind their productsI want the transaction cancelled no other resolution is acceptable Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThis has been dragging on for weeks/several months now HHGregg is an extremely "shady" company, they do NOT accept (or return) our phone calls We have been calling for several weeks/months now, and the store managers (and warehouse manager) won't take our calls We have asked REPEATEDLY to have these appliances picked up IMMEDIATELY and returned for a FULL REFUND We need HHGregg to come to the house, unscrew/unmount the appliances and come pick them up IMMEDIATELY and issue us a FULL REFUND> Upon contact with the store and delivery center a delivery date was scheduled for the first available date 10/13/Mr [redacted] will receive a call the day before delivery to set a time frame You called us and told us that you would come pick up the appliances We took off of work and sat home ALL DAY Nobody ever showed up, and nobody came to pick up our appliances on October 13, YOU LIED TO US AGAIN!! This is the FIFTH TIME you have done this to us, and we continue to sit at home (all day long) and we take the day off of work, you call us and tell us that you are going to pick up the appliances but nobody shows up! Nobody comes to pick up the appliances STOP LYING TO US!! When we call your warehouse (and speak to "Dalton") he LIES and tells us to stay home, and he never schedules the pickup and tells us that he doesn't have any appliances in stock, and therefore he never did anything So he just LIES to us, lets us sit home all day, and schedules a "pickup" (exchange) when no appliances are in stock? We want ALL OF THE APPLIANCES PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY and RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND We don't want to deal with this anymore, we don't want to deal with the LIES We just want ALL OF THE APPLIANCES PICKED UP and RETURNED TO THE STORE and we want a FULL REFUNDFor the past three months since you don't have the appliances in stock, we just want a FULL REFUND We have told you this for 1/months nowwe just want a FULL REFUND Come pick up ALL OF THE APPLIANCES and just issue us a FULL REFUND!!
