It is amazing that 95% of the complaints are negative I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAINI took what I thought was the advantage of their after Thanksgiving sales I ended up being in the store over hours only to be doubled charged for the delivery I waited another hour for the manager who apparently was the only person that could reverse the charge only to be told I had to wait longer because he was assisting a customer that just came into the store With half of my day now spent in the HHG Lithonia location, the salesperson took my information and promised to call once she got the manager to reverse the charges That call came days later and I have yet to confirm the charge was reversed According to the credit card company, I have to wait until the next billing cycle I was told in the store that there was a backlog on the refrigerator and the dishwasher but that all appliances would be ready for delivery on before the holiday I was excited to get the email notifying my all my appliance would be delivered as schedule only to discover upon delivery that the dishwasher was still on backlog When I called to get an estimated time of delivery, neither the store or their main office could give me an answer I was told on 12/23/that the hold up was LG and that LG was non-responsive and that the dishwasher was still on backlog On 12/26/I received an email notification...not a call as I was told I would receive that the delivery was scheduled for 12/27/from the hours 1:- 4: The appliance was delivered at 3:only for the delivery guy to tell me he does not install REALLY I called the store and was greeted by a very unattached customer service repIT appears to me she must be accustomed to these types of complaints but offer no assistance I was told I then have to schedule another appointment for an installer I am now shopping around for the same appliance however I was told its up to the same sorry store to decide if they want to charge me a 15% restocking fee OMG Calling the headquarter office was no better Quine was very cynical when I asked the name of the CEO, she didn't even know his name She began to call out to other reps and she had to ask times before one of the reps knew the name...If Bob R*** is his name I will never do business with this company again

I ordered a TV online from HH Gregg I was told it would be delivered on 11/29, the day of the supposed delivery they called and said they needed to cancel the order They then re-scheduled me for a 12/delivery (keep in mind I had confirmed many times) The day of the delivery they called and said they had to cancel again I spoke to the manager and he was not helpful at all I find it absurd! I told them I wanted a refund and they said it would take 7-business days for my refund 100% unacceptable

Not a place I will ever shop again They do NOT take care of the customer Once it leaves the bldgThey are done with ya Do NOT buy Samsung washer from them They sell used machines as end of year mark downs Then you have to wait forever to get it fixed, & then they csn't fix it cause Samsung hasn't given them the recalled parts to fix it right

I purchased a refrigerator that was scheduled to be delivered on Sunday, 6/ I received an automated phone call the day before and confirmed the 3-hour windowOn 6/no one called or showed up I called CS and was redirected to the store manager who told me a $balance had been put on my order, and that was why the delivery was canceled He could not explain what the $was for, but he removed it and told me the next available delivery date was the following Sunday So now I am expected to wait another week, and another hours next Sunday for a refrigerator that may or may not be delivered, and have not received any explanation of the original problem

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meI pro-actively followed up with the company a number of times asking about my refund, asking why it was not processed, and received various answers, none satisfactory, until I finally reached a person at the store who offered to put through the credit if I would give them my credit card number over the phone. I was amazed...I had offered this solution twice before and was told it wasn't necessary!! Once she put through the credit I received the credit to my Cc account in days!! Would that HH Gregg had more capable folk like her! I also received a check from HH Gregg for the damage in the product we did keep. At this time we are through with HH Gregg, will never, ever shop there; and will tell everyone we know about our problems and the failings of HH Gregg. Thanks for your efforts, which certainly added to my own, helped to alleviate this situation

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI would like to take the next step in regards to my complaint with hhgregg I am taking all the steps needed to resolve this big problem with the damages caused to my floor and bad installation of dish washer with the trust that we put into hhgreg for the installation I tried to rectify this matter with hhgregg and frankly I feel like I am getting nothing but a runaround This has taken a toll on my health this situation is way to stressful anymore The only thing I want is the right thing to be done and that is fixing my home to look like prior to me getting this dishwasher from hhgregg installed Most big reputable companies will take responsibility for causing such a big problem, I never dreamed in a million years this would have happened My husband and I have already decided this cost us way to much money to just give up we will not until the right thing is done here we are not going away I am hoping this can be taken care of with Revdex.com but if not we will file a lawsuit to hhgregg I am hoping it doesnt go there I want this matter to be made public I hope to god no other customer and there family will ever have to go through something like this because this is a customer's nightmare I can also give picutures of the damages if needed I spoke with Ms Marcia after I got a response from HHgregg and told her my husband spokewith a woman by the name of Antoinette from hhgregg and she told my husband 2x that the reason there is paperwork it is because we purchased so much stuff and paid in full the salesrep waived installation and delivery, I told ms marcia she proceeded to tell me she had to look into this, she called me the next day and stated she learned something that on the invoice next to the appliance there was a code ci which means customer installed she has been looking as this invoice and didnt no what that meant seems a little fishy to meI told her I dont care what this means hhgregg installed everything we are not going to have some appliances installed by hhgregg and chose one that we will install ourselves this is a down right scam and doesnt make any senseHow are we suppose to no what these codes mean and nothing was explained to us we never even signed this invoice Please help us Mrs *** my phone # is ***I would also like to make not that Amy E***, Mrs Marcia supervisor, I tried to call her 2x she never returned my phone calls, I worked in customer service for years I would have never not returned someones call regarding a serious matter as this This just shows me that hhgregg cares nothing about there customersI will definitly tell everyone I no not to shop with HHgregg

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe Business did contact my husband. However, they did not agree to make good on what they told us we were getting at the store. We purchased a TV for and a warranty for 130. However, the store revised the receipt to show a TV for and a warranty for 299. This changes the value of the TV for warranty purposes with both HH Gregg and AMEX (the card we purchased it on). We asked them to return the receipt to what we agreed upon - the TV for and the warranty for 130. The best the store would do was to return the TV to its original price and refund the full warranty - so we would no longer have coverage. This is not making good on what we were told and promised at the store - and is quite a deceptive practice. We can only assume the salesman at the store makes more money off of the warranty than the TV. Had we not noted this, if we had a problem we would have only been given backWe have a photo of the price tag on the TV showing the 780, and the receipt showing a reduction to - but a warranty at much higher than quoted

HHGREGG did come and pick up the Living Room Set along with the 40" TV Set but they have yet to take those charges off of our HHGREGG Credit Card and also haven't contacted us and we are already in September
This is how it was during our whole ordeal with HHGREGG and at this point we are negative $with the damage their contracted movers did on delivering the Living Room Set on Monday, July 7th
