my mom bought a new oven .through your companybecause it was above dollars your company said free deliverythe date was set for a Thursday between 5:and 8:pm the stove was to be installed and the other was to be removed .the guy showed said he didn't have the pipe dough to hook it uphe then said he would have to come back the next day between 9:am and 10:am .when he didn't show we called they said they don't work Friday's! they would have to come out sat instead mean while the new stove is sitting in the garage.no i'm sorry .who shows up on a Friday night for a install and doesn't have the stuff to do itcould it be it was rainingAnd the driver /installer didn't want to deal with it on a thursday night .very bad the store put it on the delivery company but I contracted with hh Gregg not them! myself or my family will NOT do any business with this company again

It appears as if the situation was not properly reviewed and I was given a "canned" responseNo worries - I shall never shop at HH Gregg again and will certainly be steering all other away from such terrible customer service and 3rd party affiliates that HH Gregg claims they can do nothing aboutThey would be wrong as those are their employees and their 3rd party vendors which makes them extensions of their companies and as such reflect poorly on their company.
