According to our records, the service p an administrator authorized a refund for replacement in the form of store credit Replacement of the product deems the coverage fully performed. The coverage is not transferrable and is not eligible for refund.
The service plan did not cover delivery or sales tax. It is our understanding that the delivery charge should be eligible for a rebate.

Megan contacted my fiance on 3/14 and she did received the serial numbers that we were able to provide. The couch was missing and torn off, likely by the delivery people. 
This is a cop out response, since Megan had this information prior to my Revdex.com complaint. I also personally left Megan a message via Julia on 3/16, as Megan was at lunch at 10:49am. I am still waiting for that message to be returned and I left all 3 of my contact numbers with Julia. 
No one in this company is capable of returning a phone call and it is classic pass the buck.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposedaction would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After returning the check for 42.95, I fully expected to receive a check for the FULL amount after their response indicated that they would refund the full amount and that agreed  I find it unbelievable that they are now asking for the return of the check for 27.05. That check was cashed.  They were able to do the math and subtract the prorated amount, then do the math again to send the balance. I think they are capable of doing the math to subtract $27.05 from the purchase price...HINT...the answer is $42.95.If I were to send a personal check for the $27.05 I fear that their next excuse would be to refuse payment because I did notreturn their original check!!!If have been trying to resolve the for 5 months....Is thiscompany in such dire straits that keeping less than $70 or portion thereof intheir corporate account is that important???? Regards,[redacted]

this is hard to believe...I just received a check for $27.05 from hh gregg. since their initial response stated that the would refund the total amount UNLESS I was already paid, I sent back their check for $42.94
(note that they prorated the purchase of their rip off insurance at a HIGHER rate for the first year...the one that was already covered by the factory warranty)
they still owe me $42.94

This is the first mention from anyone related to HH Gregg offering any kind of service repair. This is the first mention of Warrantech as well. Warrentech has not notified me to have anything repaired as I have never had a conversation with anyone except HH Gregg. HH Gregg continues to deflect from any responsibility of warranty repair to this unit.

  . That is exactly the same response they gave me at the store and over the phone when I talked to headquarters.
  . If I accept the response, I'm agreeing with the way they do business: come to me, I will give a low-ball offer you will accept for sure, and after running your credit score we will apologize for the       MISTAKE, but most likely you will do business with us anyway.
  . If I accept the response, I the customer, will be the only one damaged, and paying for the error.
  . My wife credit score went down for 16 points after hitting her report twice, one for the mistake they did, the other when we decided to buy somewhere else.
