For your reference details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I reject this because, the store itself accepted responsibility for the damage and should repair or replace as once agreed to. The manufacturer isn't responsible for damage done by the store. This response is NOT acceptable.

HH Gregg sold a refrigerator as a new model, which was made about 18 months before sale/delivery. Refrigerator should be replaced with new model due to deceptive sales practice or cost refunded.

By contacting the hh gregg in Spartanburg sc instead of the one in greenville (where we originally bought the refrigerator) we spoke with appliance mg. [redacted]..very courteous, very professional...with one phone call to the repair co. he was able to resolve our problem and get us a replacemant refrigerator. supposedly to be delivered Wed. Oct 22 2014. This has been a 2 year ordeal!!! Still I believe no one should have to deal with any company this way. Thanks to Mr. [redacted] and his professionalism maybe we will finally have a new refrigerator that works!. We did purchase a maintenance agreement even though it has the mfg. 1 yr warranty. It is a shame that you pay $2000 for an appliance in America and cannot be assured that it will work. Sad to what our country has come to with shoddy work from overseas mfg. when Americans need jobs! Anyway thats another story..
In closing, I probably would not buy from HH Gregg again (i had to get a store credit) or I would have taken my replacement money and shopped elsewhere. I will be glad to finally be able to buy refrigerated items after 2 yrs of dealing with this problem.

They came o9ut to fix my refrig for the 4th time and the guy told me everything need replaced and they probably wouldn't do it and that I would get a new one. I finally called Warrantech yesterday and they said HH Gregg should have called me. No one has call and told me anything. I tried to call HH Gregg yesterday and was on hold for 20 mins so I finally hung up. I will go to HH Gregg today if I can't get ahold of them again by phone today. I am just so upset that no seems to care there about w
